SeatStory Cup VI by the Numbers

This past weekend was home to the sixth edition of the SeatStory Cup which saw a large gathering of some of our favourite Hearthstone pros take place in a nice, homely tournament. Our very own FrostyFeetEU has put together some numbers of interest, check them out below!

I must be a priest god looking at these win rates against warrior and warlock. Does no one else pack holy fire for the meta?

Yes, Operative is broken. But the rest of the class is still under performing. 2 cards in a deck of 30 being broken while the rest are average at best does not mean the broken card needs nerf, as evidenced by the tourney win rate.

People will always complain about cards because internet.

Dragon priest is a tier 2 deck, priest is in a good spot, just because their results in tournaments aint that great, doesn´t mean that is bad,

I'm curious, what was the Paladin deck they brough? Was it an aggro lineup or control vice versa? Warrior looks really strong and the tie between Shaman and Rogue makes me happy. Both of which I think haven't seen more than half the techs they can have in this expansion.

Can't remember that I would've seen anything else than Anyfin Paladin being played. At least most of the wins come from J4CKIECHAN's Paladin which was Anyfin with Finja and Wickerflame Burnbristle.

In case you're only looking for specific matches (like in this case J4CKIE's) HS Esports on Youtube has that covered quite well. They don't have all the matches but most of them anyway.

The 42% winrate doesn't 'prove that they are not broke'. If a priest deck has 25 'utter garbage' cards in a deck, those other 5 can still be considered broken if they manage to compensate for those garbage cards. Even if the result is just a 42% winrate, which is still better than not being played at all like before Gadgetzan.

Yes, we agree that they are really, really good. Not OP, not "broken," in the context that they are class cards in an otherwise weak class. So no fix is required.
