HearthPwn Card Design Competition - Release the Beast Finalist Voting
It's that time again - time to vote for a winner in our weekly card design competition!
This week's competition theme was "Release the Beast" and had a few rules.
- Your card must be a Druid card.
- Your card must be a Beast, create a Beast in some way (i.e., summoning a Beast, transforming something into a Beast), or interact specifically with Beasts.
- If your card is labelled a Beast but depicts something that is clearly not a Beast - for example a Dragon, Furbolg or Worgen - it will be considered to be subverting the rules.
- Since the theme of this week is improving the Beast Druid archetype, any Beast interactions must be net positive. This means you can't interact only with enemy Beasts (e.g., "Destroy an enemy Beast"), and you can't purely hurt or destroy friendly Beasts without a secondary, positive effect.

Posted Oct 20, 2016 (Yogg Nerf)I think Queen Krush's mana cost isn't viable for it's text. If Stranglethorn Tiger is a neutral 5/5 with stealth, Jungle Panther is a neutral 3 mana 4/2 with stealth, and Giblin Stalker is a 2 mana 2/3 with stealth, I think Queen Krush being a class specific legendary should mean it costs 7 mana for an 8/8 with stealth. Stealth minions' stats for mana cost are not double the total of it's health or attack, ever.

Posted Oct 19, 2016 (Yogg Nerf)I'm surprised no one is commenting on Call of the Claw as that card is straight too much value. A 4/6 with taunt, 4/6 with taunt and charge and a 4/4 with charge is insane even at 10 mana.
