I got mine today used instructions from this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CX-YNCFZ5vc I live in Croatia, worked like a charm, and nothing was charged from my Mastercard. Of course, I canceled Amazon prime right away and deleted my Mastercard from that acc. So they can not autocharge after 30 days.

All was done with my Croatian ip address, no VPN used btw.

Just register on amazon prime with a fake adress from the UK as an example and a fake email. They only notice your adress. Your twitch account doesn't matter.
I got it, and I live in Sweden. It works, don't freak out.
