New HearthPwn Pack - Golden Old Gods

Whaaaa? Another new card pack? That's right folks, we've added a secondary Old Gods flavored card pack to our card pack simulator. This time, the card pack contains only golden cards! In addition to this, we've got some other card pack information to share with you. 

• We've retired the TGT Card Pack. In total, 2,648,163 TGT packs were opened. It may return again some day.
• 1,159,535 Old Gods packs have been opened so far. We released this pack last Thursday.
• Golden cards can now be found in the regular Old Gods pack.

Hearthstone Patch 5.0 Datamined

If you missed out post from last night, we've got all the details from Patch 5.0. Highlights include: 

• Info on three new brawls - Shadow Towers, Class Random, & Super Friends.
• Three new card backs - Shadowmoon Valley, Zul'Drak, & Halfhill.
• Golden Cards! All the Old Gods golden cards are now in our database. Check em out here.

Old Gods Compendium - The Expansion as Rated by the Community

You may be familiar with the card ranking polls we have done over the Old Gods reveal period to collect community input on what they thought of the cards. We've compiled that information by assigning scores to each card into something we've called the Old Gods Compendium.

Whispers of the Old Gods Guide

Looking for some more information on the expansion including being able to see all of the cards in a nicely formatted gallery? Head on over to our Old Gods Guide to learn more! Remember that with Old Gods, there's a few cool things going on with the launch:

• Opening your first Old Gods pack will give you C'Thun and two Beckoner of Evil for free.
• Everyone who logs in during the promotional period will receive three free Old Gods packs.
• A quest will be added to your quest log that gives you 5 Old Gods packs for winning two games in Standard.
• After completing the previous quest, you get another that gives you another 5 Old Gods packs for winning seven games in Standard.
• Free cards + a possible thirteen free packs. What's not to love?

Quests for Old Murk-Eye and Captain's Parrot Return Until May 1st

Due to a lot of support requests, they're going to patch the quests back in but only until May 1st.

UPDATE: In response to recent feedback and levels of interest, we will be re-enabling the Quests to acquire Old Murk-Eye and Captain’s Parrot starting with the launch of Whispers of the Old Gods in your region. These Quests will be re-enabled until Sunday, May 1 at 11:59 PM PDT. We expect this to be a one-time only extension for these quests as part of our rollout of the standard and wild formats.

If you have met the requirements to acquire Old-Murk Eye and/or Captain’s Parrot and have not yet received it once Whispers of the Old Gods goes live in your region, please re-log into Hearthstone after the expansion goes live in your region to receive your reward.

Please note that since we’re re-enabling the quest, our Support team will no longer be assisting with this, and there is thus no need for you to submit additional Support requests regarding these cards. Thanks!
