Card Clarifications
Quote from @PlayHearthstoneIs the Shadowbeast a Beast or just Vanilla
It's a plain creature, it's not a beast. (Source)We spent some time working on how Yogg-Saron, Hope's End is shown visually and how his timing works. Each card pops up on the screen for a second when it is cast. After all of them are done you can mouse over Yogg-Saron in the history bar and it shows a list of every spell he cast in order. We then worked to make sure the opponent's turn is still a full 75 seconds. We tested this with and without Nozdormu and it seems to work great.
I think you guys will really enjoy the visuals and how it is presented, the engineers and artists did a great job on Yogg. (Source)
Is there any hard limit to the amount of spells he can cast? Or can we load up hundreds through explorer's hat and other repeatable spells?
I believe 40 is the hard cap, doubled if Bran is in play. (Source)So does this mean you won't be able to cast a spell if it takes you into lethal (regardless of Mal'Ganis)?
Correct, you cannot cast a spell from Cho'gall if it would kill you, you cannot pay the health cost. (Source)
Possessed Villager Q&A with Mike Donais
Quote from Mike DonaisNiubie: Can you tell us some things about the design of the card?
Mike Donais: One of the most interesting parts of the design is the concept of the card. We want the cards in this expansion to communicate the madness of the Old Gods. They have returned and are possessing and recruiting the innocent. Cards like Possessed Villager add flavor to the set. Matt Dixon did an amazing job on the art for this card, he's the same artist that made some of your favorite cards like Sir Finley Mrrgglton and Annoy-o-Tron. The way his fingers bend in unnatural angles really tells you he's possessed while maintaining the values of Hearthstone and keeping it friendly.
Niubie: Is it a particularly significant card for the expansion?
Mike Donais: It's difficult to design cheap minions that are powerful enough to see play, while also not being able to inflict too much damage early and giving your opponent a chance to react. Possessed Villager deals a low amount of damage but has added value due to it's deathrattle so you can be glad to have used it.
Niubie: What are the benefits of using the Possessed Villager?
Mike Donais: Possessed Villager is one of the most powerful (1) Cost minions if you manage to take advantage of it. It can benefit greatly from cards like Abusive Sergeant, Power Overwhelming and Dire Wolf Alpha early on. It's good versus Brawl and able to remove threats in the early game when you'd rather not use a spell while keeping your board for the next turn.
Niubie: What would you say to an experienced Hearthstone player in respect to Possessed Villager?
Mike Donais: With the loss of Haunted Creeper and Nerubian Egg players are looking for alternatives that prove difficult to deal with by your opponent. This card is exactly what they need.

Arcane Nullifier X-21 was a 2/5 for 4, and rarely saw play. If Soggoth was at least an 8-cost so you could hero power or anything, he might be a little better.
Do they even play the same game as the rest of us? Every card in the game is good with Abusive, Power and Dire Wolf. I pity the fool who uses Brawl on a 1/1
I might be able to make use of my golden Black Knight again!
Wow finnaly a big taunt immune to spells and hero powers, its a bit slow but hey its a fine card
Favourite card...Annoy-o-Tron...what?!
1k+ spells in auto-sequence. Hahaha. That would be great!
Sorry but there's a 40 spell limit to Yogg's battlecry. :\ 80 if Brann is on the board.
I cannot recall the exact number, but I think there is either a 20 or 30 max turn limit per game. It would still be a blast with a friend just to see the fireworks!
Wisps of the Old Gods - really awful card...
It really seems like Blizzard doesn't know how to balance their cards. Even with standard mode, a lot of the cards they reveal are absolute trash. eg. Wisps of the Old Gods
Oh good, more Wisp puns. I wonder if another writer got sacked for that one?
Possessed Villager is going to be a boon for Zoolock. A rare aggro card in this expansion.
Soggoth would be really rather good if it wasn't for the existence of Ironbeak Owl. Unfortunately, he's useless.
Mike Donais: With the loss of Haunted Creeper and Nerubian Egg players are looking for alternatives that prove difficult to deal with by your opponent. This card is exactly what they need.

Assuming you're playing Rogue. Otherwise, fuhgeddaboudit.
getting closer now :D
A massive taunt isn't too bad. Sacrifices a few of its stats in order to guarantee it will live long enough to trade with something.
Ironbeak would need to be nerfed, though.
Ironbeak Owl is the most overlooked OP card in the game. A cost-effective Silence available to ANY class attached to a 2/1 body, there's almost no reason you WOULDN'T want to use it in every deck. Silence is such a powerful effect- like BGH, it's a big reason why buffs and minions with powerful traits aren't as good as they should be. Scaled Nightmare, for example, is basically worthless because a simple silence makes it a 2/8 chump, and the new Vindicated Doomsayer becomes an overcosted paperweight. The fact that it's a Battlecry is the really OP thing, because it makes even Shroud minions like this one basically useless, as you pointed out- Ironbeak Owl's mere existence is enough to make what should be a really tough defender non-viable.
Thijs must not have been happy when he saw his reveal card.
Noice, except for the Druid one.
