Tavern Brawl: Decks Assemble
This week's Tavern Brawl brings back one from the beginning of last December - Decks Assemble!
- You pick your class that you'd like to play.
- At the start of your turn, choose a card via a discover-like interface.
- When you play a card, shuffle a copy of it into your deck.
- When your turn finishes, your hand is put back into your deck. 4 Cards are drawn from your deck.
Go get your free card pack by winning a game this week - you'll want those classic cards for when Standard comes out! Discuss this week's brawl over here.
Deck Spotlight: Cursed's Top 40 Reno Paladin
Today's deck spotlight features Cursed's Reno Paladin deck which he took up to Top 40 Legend on the EU ladder. The deck is a tad different than most Reno Jackson decks where there are a couple of cards which actually have 2 copies in the deck and it isn't super greedy and counting upon Reno to save the day.
Shielded Minibot and Muster for Battle are the two cards in the deck which both have 2 copies in it. Cursed finds the impact these cards have on the early game to be impossible to only run 1-offs of them.
Quite expensive to crafting coming in at 9280 arcane dust. Check out the deck below to get building right away or head on over to the deck guide to learn more.

Interesting New Tech in Overwatch
Yes, more Overwatch on HearthPwn.. I know.. I know..
Overwatch has the technology to sync unlocks between US and EU servers thanks to Blizzard's server programmers. Can we please have this for Hearthstone after it is tried and true?
Quote from Jeff KaplanYes. Your progress should carry over between regions. This is new technology and we are testing it in this beta. For example, you should be able to change from NA to EU and see your unlocks over in EU. If you experience any issues, please report them in the bug report forum.
Our server programmers are awesome and I can't thank them enough for working to make this a reality for OW.
Keep up the good work, Hearthpwn!
Keep up the good work, Hearthpwn!
While merging your hearthstone card collection across multiple regions would be super cool, at the very least would like to see your Naxx/BRM/LoE unlocks carry over from region to region to region. A simple checklist, easy to track with or without new Overwatch tech, I would think.
Being able to have your HS collection on all servers would be fantastic! (And if I can be ironic, did they just discover this new technology called database clustering? :) ).
I just hope they won't kill of Druid with the future nerfs.
Nerfing cards like Druid of the Claw and such would be fine because those cards don't give much interesting choices and more so feel like they're just the best in their mana slot instead of cards with unique functions and choices.
Nerfing cards like Innervate would be bad because those are far more class defining and are part of the class' play style. These cards aren't put in simply because they're the best for their cost, but because they give the class a unique play style that other classes can't have.
Let's hope the nerfs are just right and not too much.
Whatever they do, I hope that they won't overnerf the class, like they did with Rogue in the beginning...
That cross-region unlocks would be awesome for Heroes, Diablo, and Hearthstone (and to a lesser extent SC. Maybe mega WoW servers as well?)
This will not happen to Hearthstone. They have different Tournaments for every region and every region has it's own point system which will all count together. They have to rethink their whole WCS system.
If they were to implement this with Hearthstone, there's two ways they could go about it (that I can see)
I like the Trophy, but I'm terrible to create such things (I think), so good luck for everyone participating! :D
That's one of the great things, you really don't have to create anything - you just need to submit an idea! Maybe your idea was a 3d-printed Well Played emote bubble. You could submit a picture of that bubble, give it a description, and then be entered in to win.
Bli$$ard (probably) would never do that for Hearthstone...
Edit: 30:12 what Dills said was true
Interesting Reno Deck....
I would like that but I doubt they would add it (at least not in the near future). Cause you know, less moneyzzz
I want that option in Hearthstone! Would love to be able to use my full collection to play against my brother in NA.
Edit: To clear up any confusion, I was referring to the "new technology" being used for overwatch that lets your account progress carry over between regions.
You can use the wild format against friends.
