[EU] Lost Adventures and Cards
There's an ongoing issue with players in Europe missing adventures and cards from them. This also seems to effect card backs. There's a couple of possible workarounds.
- Reset your Battle.net password to refresh your account.
- Visit the collection manager, edit a deck missing cards, save it, go back, add the card back, save again.

We've received another update regarding a workaround that should allow you to continue playing while our Development team continues to work on the issue.
Check your Custom Decks for decks with a red X. Edit the affected deck, remove any card, and save the deck. Go back into the deck and add the card back, save again, and you should once again see your missing rewards.
Please give it a shot and let us know if this workaround resolves the issue for you!
Deck Spotlight: Sigma's Demon Reno Warlock
Sigma is back and brings us a special control Warlock deck filled with Demons and Reno. This deck takes the best from a Demonhand deck, and combines it with good, sticky minions both from the arsenal of the Warlock and the Neutral minions.
Crafting cost of the deck is a tad steep, and does require adventures, coming in at a total of 8440 dust. Check out the deck below if you're interested and head on over to the deck guide to learn some more!

Posted Jan 12, 2016 (Explorers)Blizzard fuck up huge time yet again, and more painfully the problem is again just with the EU servers... One would think that a multi-billion corporation with hefty profit like Blizzard would care to invest in IT infrastructure in order to make their games playable, but obviously not... Or at least not for their European customers.
It is absolutely frustrating and not only the entire day today is lost, but it has also caused quite a few white hairs for EU players. It is definitely quite stressful to log in and notice that a huge chunk of your collection (for which you spent months and money) is gone for whatever fucking reason.
Most of the "workarounds" that were suggested don't work and it is even difficult to submit a support ticket. Blizzard's EU region has one of the shittiest customer care services I have seen from a game producer. The fact that you are "sorry" is not much of a condolence, as major failures like these keep happening - and always in EU.

Posted Jan 12, 2016 (Explorers)I don't understand how this bug manifests. Cards simply vanish from the inventory? How can one tell if he is affected (other than inspecting all cards by hand, assuming one has an outside inventory in a Excel sheet or here) ?
