The League of Explorers - Hearthstone's Third Adventure!
The League of Explorers is the third Hearthstone expansion and will be launching Next Thursday!
All new cards added to our database and our deckbuilder!
- The League of Explorers launches November 12th, 2015.
- The adventure costs $20 USD.
- Wings can be purchased separately for 700 gold or $6.99.
- 45 new cards will be introduced through the adventure.
- New Cards: The League of Explorers contains 4 wings packed with fiendish bosses, puzzling traps, and ancient mysteries for you to discover. When you overcome a boss or an encounter for the first time, you will earn brand-new cards for your collection!
- Legendary: When you defeat all the challenges in a wing for the first time, you will be rewarded with that wing’s legendary card – for example, Elise Starseeker!
- Class Challenges: The League of Explorers also includes nine all-new class challenges that task you with using a special pre-built deck to prove your skill. Succeed, and the new class cards are yours.
- New Game Boards: Immerse yourself in the adventure with all-new playing fields!
- Meet the League: Make friends with renowned explorer and fearless dwarven historian Brann Bronzebeard and the other members of the League of Explorers: dashing treasure hunter extraordinaire Reno Jackson, brilliant night elf scholar Elise Starseeker, and gentleman (gentle-fish?) murloc adventurer Sir Finley Mrrgglton!
- New Keyword: The League of Explorers introduces a new keyword that lets you do some digging of your own: Discover! Works kind of like Tracking, but the cards are totally random and are not in your deck. Spell cards will stay within their respective classes.
- Heroic Mode: If you’re ready for a challenge, you can try taking on the Heroic Mode version of any mission that you’ve cleared. This extra-tough game mode is designed for players eager to test their puzzle-solving skills against incredibly powerful opponents. Bring your best deck and your sharp wits.

Sure, but I expected there to be more than a weeks notice...
More proof that people on the internet will whine about everything.
Hopefully the new Paladin secret comes with a Mysterious Challenger nerf...
so the issue with mysterious challenger is that he has good stats, thins your deck, and creates a bunch of nonsense for your opponent to deal with. solution- all paladin secrets have been changed to 10 mana, there now even though the secrets werent the problem we will make them so bad that running them even with mysterious challenger is still shitty
I will never be able to see this acronym as anything other than loli.
Well played blizzard.
[card]Brann Bronzebeard[/card] and [card]The Mistcaller[/card] or Iron Juggernaut seems cool.
So, the only card I see that is playable in the current meta is Sacred Trial. A Paladin Secret that forces you to either attempt to control a Paladin's board with only three minions (which actually makes Boom a nuisance rather than a boon) or have one of your things maybe die.
Blizzard already knows how cancerous Secret Paladin is, and they're just rubbing it in. The only really unfavorable matchup Secret Paladin has is Aggro Druid, because Aggro Druid fills the board faster, and now they've received a card to make that matchup better. If Secret Paladin gets to the point that it has no bad matchups, it will actually be more OP than Patron Warrior. That's the real reason we should be saying Fuck Blizzard. Unless all the other cards are completely defensive and don't help aggro decks at all, in my eyes this will be another failed expansion pack.
I have 3 minions on board, opponent has nothing and plays Dr 6. I play Sylvanas,
"SORRY"

there are a ton of fun cards in this one. Actually excited.
Mage, Face Hunter, Aggro Druid, Midrange Paladin, Patron Warrior...all favored against secret paladin...even though I agree it's an annoying/ridiculous deck.
Ohhhkayyyy... This looks like a WEIRD-ASS expansion.
Also, Murloc Legend is OP as fuck. Can you imagine, any class with hunter hero power?! Rush decks up the anus!
I can sense the Hungry Crab meta just around the corner.
I make all murloc cards and i think i got wrong but didnt :D
lol @ deathrattle summon 3 2 /2 runts
Well played blizzard.
Did WoW have this adventure?
Some of the wings were dungeons.
They can keep implementing new game mechanics like discover and inspire all they want but until they focus on fixing the aggro meta, none of these mechanics are going to see play
and even more RNG? really?
The Fedora Adventure, just what we needed...
Everyfin is Awesome looks pretty nice, I'll probably run a copy of that. Just sucks that Neptulon lost some value with that Murloc Whisp. Hopefully Shaman gets a decent 1-drop.
