Other than Ramp Druid or maybe Tauntadin, as already stated by a few, there's little reason to justify playing this card as turn 6 is supposed to be power turns when one would drop more powerful game-changing minions like Emperor Thaurissan or Sylvanas Windrunner. Might see a good amount of play in Arena though.
In most cases against aggro, this will probably activate consistently and even provide more board presence than the staple anti-aggro Antique Healbot. Against control match-ups, the heal is a negligible 50/50 coin flip but the stats alone are solid enough to contest Loatheb and Sludge Belcher on turn 5. The two cards may see rotations depending on the meta post-TGT.
The card is basically pseudo-neutering akin to Aldor Peacekeeper against control decks like Wallet Warrior or Handlock. Against aggro, even though it has solid stats against it, you'd probably already be dead by turn 7. We'll have to see.
The more decent weapon cards added to a class, the more consistently good they become in Arena. This probably won't see play in current iterations of Paladin though for the same reason why Warrior can't fit any more weapons than 2x Fiery War Axe and 2x Death's Bite. With 2x Muster for Battle, 2x Truesilver Champion and even Ashbringer, one would have a hard time finding uses for all the excess charges.
Play shaman midrange. It's core hardly changed through Naxx and GvG. Classic midrange is still quite effective.
When I first started, I just kept re-rolling my quests for Shaman ones. I used that tactic for a few seasons while building up my collection for other kinds of decks.

Its as if Hemet Nesingwary and Malorne bred and produced an ugly unplayable baby.

Now that Blizz revealed the Jousters at Gamescom, we can see why this card is desperately trying to exist and make a battlecry deck happen.

Looks like someone has never played Control Warrior, let alone a ResidentSleeper mirror match before to judge the skill it takes to play it.

Its impossible not to have "bad cards" in a card game. They exist because they have to.
This is pretty much explained by MtG's Mark Rosewater: http://archive.wizards.com/Magic/magazine/article.aspx?x=mtgcom/daily/mr5

Pulled Trade Prince Gallywix for the first few packs then crafted myself a Troggzor the Earthinator. The anti-control is too stronk.

T5: Siege Engine
T6: The Coin + Armorsmith + Armorsmith + Bouncing Blade
Sooner or later, someone will make it to Trolden's videos with that combo..

I love the wolf/worgen accents on the corners.
