The price of the game is the core issue in the delay on nerfs or changes overall also in their magnitude! if people could adapt to changes fast enough they could more freely change the game they just need to improve the reward system in the game it can't be the same as in beta...

I have been playing hearthstone since the beginning of beta and I got hooked. I bought every expansion, and hero (Khadgar) with in-game gold and with real money, and even collected heroes like Liadrin, Arthas, Tyrande, and Maiev but it is getting ridiculous that blizzard is trying to cash grab us with extra costs on top of a silly exchange rate that doesn't reflect the market. I am greatly considering of quitting hearthstone since it has been increasingly costly to continue playing the game. Each expansion for me as a Canadian is almost the cost of a triple AAA title which I could rather be spending my money on. I don't blame people who are in the same situation as me.

I am sad to see so many people here or on reddit leaving or considering to leave HS because of its cost, and even more since I am becoming one of them.
I love the game, I have played since beta, bought all pre order or adventures and more, I love the competitive scene, and so on. But it is getting to expensive to keep up. I mean to be able to play any deck you want in the meta you need around 80% of all the cards in a set.
With a preorder and 60 additional packs you probably get bearly more than 50% of the pack.
I saw a lot of suggestions from the community to fix this, like raising the amont of dust you get when decrafting, or lowering craft cost, and others things. But we dont even know if the devs are considering anything.
So many people talked about gwent and I tried it out. It is pretty fun and mostly you have really a lot of rewards. It feels great
Blizard made fun of ea on twitter but like someone said before it would be a great time to grant HS community requests and do something about this issue :/
I'd love it if blizard adressed this issue in a close future, otherwise I might quit this game I had enjoyed for a few years now

there is no deck that could even be considered semi-consistent to climb ranks, either you draw right and you win or you draw shit and you lose (which happens more than 50%, so how are you even supposed to climb?).
I just hope this game dies.

Hmm... all the decks you mentioned are capable of reaching rank 10, and beyond, inconsistent as they may be. In general, I'd recommend to "just" play more games and learn to play them better. But you said you don't have much free time, OK.
Honestly don't know if there's a super-consistent deck out there that can automagically make you earn ranks... this is HS after all, and there's always RNG involved. However, you might consider this list from VS, which has 55% or more wr against all classes:

I think the easiest and consistent way to get to rank 10, and even rank 5 is to play secret mage.

In Australia Nick Xenophon is about to introduce a bill in parliament similar to China's that will force all on line games that have in game purchases featuring random drops to reveal all algorithms determined in the outcome of the random drops. It was mainly for CS:GO but will cover all games such as Hearthstone etc. I cannot wait for Blizzard to decide to geo-block Australia rather than reveal their casino secrets

I have no idea how but I just got TWELVE WINS in Arena (12-2)! My previous best was six wins (also a Shaman deck) and I have less than 50 Arena wins all up as I have only really just started doing Arena - I was sitting on the edge of my seat all the way past 5 and I was literally stunned after so many matches that I was still going!
Anyway last match was against a Mage with two Firelands Portals, and I would have lost if not for Finders Keepers - infact it saved me in quite a few matches.
Also it was actually a practise run on EU but I guess now I'm ready to try Arena on my main? Maybe I'll give it a few more practise runs first ;)

Next you will discover the card text. Alike to Kazakus, there is 9 different possibilities for each and you get two

Crazed- Gain +2 Attack and Windfury.
Summoning- Gain Battlecry: Summon a 1/1 Creature.
Caster- Gain Battlecry: Deal 2 damage to a minion.

Oh finally, some more RNG, definitely what the game needed.

Asking 50$ every 3 months but Rogue still has no board clear. Making prices higher in certain regions. Pay more than 1$ for 5 non-physical, non sellable cards. Account gets banned if you choose to sell it. Print some broken cards and fill the rest of expansion with trash. Give players free trash cards before release so they feel like they got something. Nerfs (that come after months) will literally destroy any card and make it unplayable, instead of trying to balance it. People still keep buying and shoving money up Team5's asses.

How is this game getting even more expensive? The prices already are way too high for what you get (first of all non-physical cards, second you don't get enough legendaries or dust), but I am sorry, I forgot that Blizzard is a small indie company that really needs every cent they can get. Pathetic, and Ben Brode keeps laughing and laughing..
50$ every 3 months for a coinflip game, no thanks.

So I'm officially done with card games, there is no joy to be found in any game that is just dependent on drawing the right cards or otherwise your deck is complete utter garbage. We all know the scenario, getting rekt by Razakus or Temporogue, and then you think like "Hm, if other people win a lot against me with those decks, I should try them out myself!". So you're creating the best decks in the game and queue. And then you draw cards that you will never need, of course your opponent will have Prince 2 and double Shadowstep on turn 1 every freaking game, while your removal is in the last 5 cards. I wanted to get Legend but I don't see a point in continuing, there is no deck that could even be considered semi-consistent to climb ranks, either you draw right and you win or you draw shit and you lose (which happens more than 50%, so how are you even supposed to climb?).
I just hope this game dies.

Wtf is wrong with this game? I crafted the Warrior Quest yesterday because I got tired of playing against Taunt Warrior and losing every single time, so I figured I'd play it myself to climb some ranks. I won only 1 game out of 5 when playing this shit myself, always dead draws and no taunts. Damn hearthstone, you really hate me don't you.
