This card has a great effect, no question, but it's a bit situational. It has little to no value unless you get draws out of it AND your opponent doesn't get anything out if as well / more than you / is not behind. The body isn't all that great and it costs you 4 mana - so you want to keep it in your hand until you can get value out of it, which can take a while, so it's more a tech card. It's certainly the most interesting card revealed so far.
I think RNG in hearthstone is a very unique element that no other TCG can give at the moment. it is also one of the unique selling point of hearthstone. obviously some people dont like it because they simply just dont like too much randomness generally, while others may be comparing its randomness to other TCG's. but the fact still remains that RNG will be big part of the game and you would need to adapt this element and manipulate it in your favour when playing if you ever want to be competitive. in my opinion, that will also introduce a new type of skill that other TCG can have, which is a good thing as sometimes i feel like all TCG kinda share the similar elements and skill sets.
"Hey it's totally RNG, I'm so gonna play the shit out of it." Never happened. Never will happen.
So many fast wins by giving minions cold blood and keeping the board clear with backstab + hero power, which made up for the lack of any eviscerates. Deck is nothing special, but since I didn't get any high mana minion, I had an incredible fast paced deck and had always a better board than my opponents. Didn't use assassinate once and owl only one time. Went 6-0 then lost 2 games in a row then went on another 6 win streak.
Kirin Tor mage is overrated imo. The timing where he is good is way too small. You either can play him and have enough mana anyway for a trap, or you don't have a trap in hand. Sometimes, you don't even want to lay down a trap. So I don't think he is all that needed.
I built a mage deck that has a terrific win quota that doesn't include Kirin Tor nor Arcanist but plays with secerets. Really amazed how Faery Dragon and Spectral Knight win matches alone against mage, priest and rogue. Most crucial thing is duplicate timing. Having a warrior getting around 4 Sludge Belcher means almost auto-win. Same for Water Elementals against Hunter.
This card is pretty meaningless against aggro. Board control is the antidote to aggro, not healing, so a 2/4 minion isn't really going to help there. Maybe it'll be good against hunter but even then it might be too slow to be more effective than something else.
What this card does do is put us in serious danger of going back to the dark days of freeze mage.
WHAT? A 2/4 for 3 mana that also HEALS is the perfect answer for aggro, even more than a taunt. It trades with at LEAST 2 minions AND heals you if you have a trap card active.
Shaman is fine. It could need new minions tho. I dunno why they gave shaman that spell with Naxx, when they have a very similar spell already. Otherwise Shaman is fine and some cards are even too strong.

ANOTHER Rogue or MAGE card? How about some warlock cards for a change...

Nope. The cake can be misleading, it's not a hearthstone / wow reference, but everyone should have seen it at some point in their life.

What a cake can do, I can do just as well,
But I will take two, when I put you under my spell.
edit: too late :/

Targeted silences should kill secrets if you target the other player.

I like how you have so many "trap only" or "weapon only" non-class cards... Warlock am cry.
