I feel like a stealthed worgen (1-2 mana) plus this and blessing of champions next turn + other buffs has potential!

Kaladin posted a message on New Priest Card - Tortollan ShellraiserPosted in: Card Discussionhell yes. lack of taunt deathrattles is the reason n'zoth sees almost no play in standard. the question is - is this better than infested tauren? i think the answer is clearly yes. the 6 health on turn 4 is a big deal.

strudel_hs posted a message on Dirty Goons - Updated DeathwingPosted in: Dirty Goons - Updated DeathwingMy best moment was vs warlock too. He had 7 minions, I lost everything to shadowflame. My only winning move was a Dirty Rat gamble into his Doomsayer.. the sound of summoning Doomsayer via Dirty Rat battlecry was my best moment in hearthstone since beta. Sadly I didn't record it :(

nurgling13 posted a message on Weekly Card Design Competition #4.19 - Discussion TopicPosted in: Fan CreationsI've been looking for a good theme for my False Prophet I came up with in Make the Keyword. This is the perfect opportunity, since this is basically Make the Keyword:
Deception is a minion keyword. When you play a minion with Deception: X, the other player will see it as minion X. Once the minion attacks, is attacked, or is targeted by a spell or hero power, then the other player sees what the card really is. From your point of view, you will see the card's true text and stats, but you will see the fake name and art. The card will also glow purple to you, like Shifter Zerus, so that you can easily remember a Deception is occurring. If your opponent tries to play something like Shadow Word: Pain that only works on cards with certain stats and such, it will act like it has the fake stats while the Deception is occurring. Naturally, X has to be a minion with the same cost, otherwise the Deception will be exceedingly obvious when you play it. Here are some examples:So, what do you guys think? Is False Prophet a good idea? And are the other two cards any good? -

haincha posted a message on Deadsteed brokenessPosted in: Deadsteed brokenessI second this. Felt a little bad for the other person. But, It was super easy. Warrior lined me up with two taunt minions with more health. My undertaker was a little OP.

playing as White King made me want auto attack as a mechanic even more, but it needs MASSIVE adjustment in terms of card interaction and stats on the cards themselves like triggering acolyte of pain twice even if its already dead from the first attack. im assuming basically auto attack triggers at the same time for everything, its just that the animation will show you going in a line so it makes it seem awkward when you see an interaction that doesn't visually make sense to you.

its there for reno mage since paladin has trouble breaking ice block without relying on the leeroy combo. this simply makes it a non-issue and allows the otk to occur.

there are times i get legitimately mad at the hearthstone creators at how much removal warlock has compared to other classes like paladin. sure paladin has the equality combos but just cause they have 1 strong card doesn't justify making the rest of their limited amount of removal suck.

just did it. i had a fun and balanced game against a druid while i was a paladin. i believe the brawl uses the recent deck recipes for mean streets because a lot of the cards were matching up so you can look there for an idea of what you have.
also, i have a 60 win with druid or hunter and it came up with a win counted towards that. im not sure what happened there but the brawl might be glitched to were if you win with a faction, any quests you have that have classes tied to that faction might get counted towards a win.

to be fair, it could still be a 4 cost 3/3 if your opponent has no deck left.
2
Grimestreet Outfitter is the card im looking the most forward to. paladins finally getting a 2 drop and a hell of a 2 drop at that.

first time so far that i can honestly say this is a useless card. first one out of what, 60 or 70 cards shown is pretty good to have 1 just truly bad 1.

then you sun iron beak owl or spell breaker to silence off the buffs.

A few questions about this one. Obviously we have the hand buffing mechanic but how will this interact with aoe buff effects like Stormwind Champion? Will the battlecry go off first and we are left with 3 buffed 3/3's or is the buff applied first and we get 1 3/3 and then 2 4/4's? This will be very interesting to try out.
Also, this has some busted combo potential with cards that return minions to the hand like Echo of Medivh and Blood Warriors for the mass copies along with Duplicate and Getaway Kodo for the smaller but still super strong hand adding stuff. This card could be pretty busted in the right arena deck though considering how highly sought after Silver Hand Knight is in arena, this could very well be close to it.
Random note but it feels like this is what Blizzard had in mind when they designed Grim Patron. a small body that can spawn a few copies of itself and maybe have some small combo potential with a select few cards, instead of the massively busted combo decks that came from it.
