posted a message on 5 Miracle Moments from the HCT Summer Championship
    Quote from Hansie_007 >>

You call it "Miracle Moments", I sadly call it "Luck trumps Skill". Don't get me wrong, it was a great championship to watch, but too many games and matches were decided on completely random events. Name another e-sport where randomness plays such a major role in determining the winner...? (BaiZe and Pavel especially got short changed in the luck department if you ask me.)

Well, i wouldn't watch this if it was "skillful plays". Luck is more fun and these moment was fun.

Rotface is awesome. You've missed out on 2 new unique legendaries because you keep dusting him.

haha, yea that's so true, i don't know what blizz would have to do to learn ppl some basic math. 400 dust for a legendary card, what a waste. Maybe lock the dc function behind a paywall so that people can't keep dc:ing legendary cards like that.

Pilotet Fuckin' shredder, i've always been a huge fan of a random 2-drop. I've also got 2 of them in golden which is also pretty cool.

A gnome? ffs, why not a undead or a troll, it's warlock after all. More hardcore grim characters. We don't have a single undead in this game as a playable here, i no, i don't give a shit about china's weird laws.

    >> Wow, this guy went from Golden Cards to the mentally ill and psychopaths and ended on a claim that Blizzard is labelling people internally as 'wachos'(sic). Surely, this cannot be a serious post!
I actually am serious, besides, we can actually check if Blizzard is labelling people internally later, more specifically 25 May 2018 when the General Data Protection Regulation is implemented where blizzard are forced to give out everything they're keeping about us, including labels or other simliar thing linked to our accounts, when we ask. Since the sanctions are so high with the new regulation there's no doubt that blizzard will follow the new regualtion to every dot. The maximum is a fine up to 20000000 EUR or up to 4% of the annual worldwide turnover of the preceding financial year in case of an enterprise, whichever is greater.

posted a message on Gold cards - only good for dust?

    They look cool.

Also they are a way for edgy emo kids telling the world how little they matters and how they dust them instantly and how useless they are, often when the topic of the question is often something entirely diffrent. The intresting part is that if these emos actually were to hate them for realz they wouldn't meantion them anywhere or anytime, even when directly ask about them since they really don't care about them, hence you cannot under any circumstances whatsoever expect to find a true "i don't care"-person in this topic. Which makes the logical follow that it's an act, for trying to look cool and edgy. They also tend to argue for their case with the most bizarre arguement you ever could find which you understand are just part of the act and how see through their act and they are as people. One arguement could be "i don't understand why anyone would buy a ferrari, a skoda will also get you to work, but much cheeper".

A psycopath and narcissist might not feel feelings, but they sure as hell pretend as they feel something, they would never go around telling people that they don't care or feel anything, cuz that would be dumb and a loss for all parties. I one were to wonder or suspect that one were a psyocpath or narcissist you've got the answer right there, no, you don't wonder. You either are and don't truely care or you are seeking for attention or feel so bad about youself that you need to find a reason for your obejective uselessness, often in diseases, mental states or other people, as long as it's not you, and your fault. The most imporant part is to blame something else so that you still can feel good about yourself, "yeah, i'd be a photo model and a lawyer if i weren't allergic to penuts and my math teacher was old and stupid". No you wouldn't, you still be trash, don't blame you trashness on someone else or something else, you've brought this on yourself. It's a self defensive mechanism use when you are objectively mentally ill.

Hence there are golden cards since they look cool, they take longer for the creators to create and giving them a value or something to collect. They add another collection aspect which brings longevity to the game and give players a tool to set up hard goals that they can try to complete by themselves such as getting a full golden handlock. They also bring excitement above just getting a legendary, a golden legendary is far rarer and you may perhaps never see one of these golden legendaries in live, which makes them rare.

Golden cards are also a great way for people to call for help by bashing on them, this helps many people, first it's a way for the mentally ill to ventilate some of their anger or whatever, a great way for people to avoid these people if you want sane people without a lot of drama and similar crap and lastly a great way to "blacklist" people based on forum posts ect by blizzard. If anyone knows anything about google and facebook collecting data about people and such same would be the case with blizzard. Say something stupid or mentally ill on their forum or ingame and you'd have a little tag internally saing "wacho". Well done trying to be edgy....

posted a message on Will the jade ever be rework?

No, it won't however it will rotate out in a year or so, so take a break and come back then, the game will feel really fresh then, not only is jade gone, but also you'll have a bunch of new cards and playing the game for the first time in such a long time will feel fun.

posted a message on Will the community ever stop complaining?

No, that will not happend. You don't quit out of the game in joy to tell the world about your great win, however there's a bigger chance that you will quit out of your game in rage to tell the world about your unfair loss. Hence a majority of whine on this forum, and most other forums as well, you don't sit infront of a computer writing good shit, you live good shit and whine about bad shit.

posted a message on Double chest at the end of the month??
    Quote from Rhyolth >>

Very bad idea : some people don't want to play standard, others like me don't want to step into wild.

Those type of players would feel punished by this kind of decision. Some months i barely have enough time/motivation to reach rk5 on one ladder, i certainly don't want to invest twice as much time for grinding, don't want to spend dust on wild cards to stay competitive there as well. And i have faced some card enough for a couple of lifetime already : i'm glad ithey're gone, and sure don't want to be forced to face them ever again.

The current structure is great : it let you focus on the gamemode you prefer, and let you avoid gamemode you dislike. Gaming should always be a entertainment, not a hussle. If you enjoy both mode : good for you, but why should you be rewarded for enjoying yourself ? Just profit and give a litlle bit more attention to the game mode where you are the most competitive.

It would also be a big middlefinger to anyone who DE their wild collection, or any player who only joined the game "recently".

Also, remember the best appeal about wild is its relative lack of popularity : if you create a large influx of netdeckers who all copy the same deck because they don't want to give too much thought about that format, then it certainly won't evolve in a good way.

What? It's a free 20 rank chest for you. how could this ever under any circumstances whatsoever be bad for anyone? Instead of a random ranked chest now you get 2.
