To be fair, the legendary is shown at the top of the Un'Goro post without the quest being listed.*** It would be easy to see just the legendary minion and not know that you have to quest for it first. I'm assuming the OP was not aware of the quest.
***It looks like the post has now been edited, and the quest is at the top.
My understanding is that they will give you the dust for disenchanting the number = to the most you could put in a deck (ie 1 for legendaries and 2 for everything else) and also for a gold copy (or copies) if you have it (them).
Eg. 2: You own 1 golden Azure Drake and 2 regular Azure Drake cards. When the Year of the Mammoth begins you will receive 900 dust (800 for a golden Azure Drake and 100 for a regular Azure Drake) because you can only have 2 Azure Drake cards in your deck, and you have a golden one. (again, in this scenario I would suggest disenchanting 1 regular Azure Drake. In fact, I might suggest that you disenchant both regular Azure Drake cards, and craft a second golden Azure Drake, because you will be reimbursed for the golden one, anyway.)
Again, this is my understanding of the process, but I could be wrong.
Well, if you don't want to play with new cards, why don't we just tell Blizzard to stop making expansions. We can just stick to the cards we have for the rest of the game, no changes ever again.
The reason people down vote you is because you're using this comment section to beg for views
The reason I post my tavern brawl videos in the tavern brawl thread is because it is relevant. I post here because this thread is for people who are interested in Hearthstone's tavern brawls, which is the focus of my content. I don't beg for views, I'm simply trying to bring my content to the people that I think would be interested in it.
But as I stated, I won't be doing so anymore because it is clear that some people don't like that I post my videos here.
I've been getting downvotes for posting my weekly Tavern Brawl videos, so this will be the last time I post them in here, but I will keep making the videos, so feel free to visit my channel on Wednesdays. Hope you enjoy, and thanks for watching!
Sounds like Venture Co. to me. If you check the postcards it says 'CLEAN and SAFE', I don't see any reason to mention clean unless something is dirty, in this case might be oil drilled. Also the Venture Co. is spread all over Azeroth, and that's where the postcard comes in. The fireball might be related to explosion, the murloc to the oil taken from the sea, the goblin auctioneer to the auction house in gadgetzan, bloodlust to the ogres in the picture which can be found quite often in the venture co. I just can't quite connect Illidan or the demons...
If not it should be something related to travel, but if I remember correctly Chen only was travelling the world, or Lili
The replies went on to the next page, so I missed this comment before I posted my response. Some good ideas here!
Illidan, Gadgetzan Autioneer, Fireball, bloodlust and a Murloc
Interesting... Gadgetzan Auctioneer makes sense. The murloc (which I just checked is Grimscale Oracle) makes sense too, considering the bit about tribes in the fine print and the recent patch that altered murloc interactions. Also, Gadgetzan is on the coast, so murlocs abound! Illidan Stormrage is a demon, so that could also have something to do with the tribes (maybe more neutral demons?). Bloodlust and Fireball? I don't know. The fine print also mentioned a lot of AoE... Bloodlust is sort of AoE. Fireball because why not.

Jade golems are summoned, not played. This won't attack them.

Here are some examples:
Eg. 1: You have 1 golden Ragnaros the Firelord and 1 regular Ragnaros the Firelord. When the Year of the Mammoth begins you will receive 3200 dust (the cost of crafting a golden Ragnaros the Firelord) because you can only have 1 Ragnaros the Firelord in your deck, and you own a golden one. You still keep both cards.
(because
you won't be able to disenchant the cards after the Year of the Mammoth begins, andyou'll only ever need 1, I suggest you disenchant your regular Ragnaros the Firelord).Eg.
