It's been answered already in a few other comments, but there is no replacement so put whatever you'd like, although I'd probably choose Hunter's Mark.
As mentioned a few times before, you can play without Shaw. Lich King however is hard to replace as you need a certain amount of 8-drops and value in the deck. Maybe you could try a Dire Frenzy to remedy this a bit.
If you don't have Keleseth, you probably don't want to run any other 2-drops since there just aren't any good ones. I'd probably play another Hunter's Mark instead. Crackling Razormaw looks great, until you recruit him with Kathrena instead of a 7/7 charger.
Shaw is great in the deck, but not vital. There is no good replacement for him since his effect is of course unique, but if I'd replace him, I'd probably add another Hunter's Mark to make the Warlock and Druid matchups a bit better.
You want to cheat mana with your recruit, but by going for a Tundra Rhino, you are not really doing this. On top of that it easily dies and you would almost always rather have one of the other beasts. Same thing with Primordial Drake, recruiting a 4/8 that does nothing is not worth putting these recruit minions in your deck.
Not really, you already deal very easily with most taunt because of your big minions, and on top of that you also have hunter's mark or spellbreaker to push through it.

It's just a bad matchup unfortunately. The secret version might be better against it, I don't think you can really improve this matchup otherwise.

It's probably better to play the secret version since you kind of need Keleseth to make this version as good as the secret version.

I'd say Shaw is not necessary, but King Krush is kind of core since you need that charge and beast tag.

Congratz!

Like Sinister said, I wouldn't disenchant golden Shaw since it is a great card in the deck and probably going to be pretty good in the future too.

Great to hear that!

Looks like you just had a bad streak. Shaw definitely helps with board though and is in my opinion one of the stronger cards in the deck.

Odd Paladin, Even Shaman and Even Warlock are pretty good against this.

Glad you like it!
