I would certainly try to play it with Captain Greenskin (5 mana 5/4 +1/+1 for equipped weapon). Seems like a perfect card with a good body and effect for this deck. You can even play him twice with Valeera DK.
Nature of almost all HS decks is tempo. Tempo should not be considered a type of the deck. Priest, Druid, Paladin, Warlock should also be called tempo. The only non tempo decks right now would be DK Mage and Quest Rogue. This is face deck and like ll face decks you play tempo (create advantage)
Yes, and hitting face is also nature of all HS decks. Doesn't make every deck a face deck. Are you one of those guys that considers zoo warlock aggro deck too? At least call it fast or something else. Good amount of time this and all similar decks spend on clearing and having a board advantage, not flinging a fireball at face on turn 4.
I'm doing quests with it with friends. It's pretty simple: you get all the Deal damage to yourself cards like imps and pit lords and spells that can target your face and give your opponent minions.
Honestly, suicide warlock is better at this. Opponent still need to attack and play cards with this deck, but suicide lock does all the work for everyone, also faster.
Pretty sure it will trigger the deathrattle, but it's not the issue here.
Rogue always was a class that worked great with fatigue and even now without gang up is still more than fine. The thing is that countering fatigue is not even good enough by itself in the world of jade idol, dead man's hand and other shenanigans.
But yes, you will win that 1 out of 50 game where it will be necessary to survive fatigue a little bit longer.
I like rogues, I like this weapon, but I really hate how almost everything is anti-synergy with rogue's core hero power.
Shamans have totems, paladins have dudes synergies, warriors are all about their armor now, warlock's hero power is insane by itself, but in rogues it's just a tempo thingy for few first turns. Even enchants like posions are useless without cards like this one above.

Yes, but the scenario is still unrealistic. You want big stuff like arcane golems or vilespines to combo, not 1 mana poisons on the weapon.
