For me it's a great meta. I don't understand the complaining about QuestRogue. I've played aggro hunter, control priest, taunt warrior and some other decks and never had big issues winning against it. And pirate warrior just suck right now. There are many new deck archetypes and each class has two or more playable decks. Meta is unpredictable as hell and that makes the ladder so much fun!
You've just posted the most retarded thing in this forum so far, probably you're just a rank 15 player by saying PW sucks and rogue isn't a problem.
All this show a pretty limited vision of the game for players as you and more.
But... what he said is true. I shot up to rank 5 playing mostly Taunt Warrior. A lot of people are indeed playing Crystal Core Rogue and Pirate Warrior right now, and I farmed them all the way up the ladder.
Quest Warrior seems great against rogues, actually. I'm not even running Dirty Rat and I beat Crystal Core 80% of the time. I like Deathwing for the matchup (Sleep With the Fishes can't finish off a board full of 5/5s).
I've been running janky Raza Priest and Taunt Warrior (which is also poison to the people still playing pirate warrior) and I'm having no trouble at all against Crystal Core. They run too many bad cards and get crushed for the first 5 turns. I'm sure the archetype is great against some decks, but it doesn't seem like an actual problem.
In the long run, I think the dominant Rogue deck is going to be some form of Razorpetal Miracle. But we'll see.
Is Crystal Core Rogue really that much of a problem? I've run into it about a dozen times and only lost once. It loses a lot of tempo in the first five turns playing cards that don't do anything. Maybe I've gotten lucky.
Gives you a draw if you start a turn with Acolyte of Pain, or any minion plus Battle Rage in hand.
Even if you just play it early, it's usually a 2/3 taunt for 2. Your opponent can't let the Raptors hang around, since Ravaging Ghoul could be coming next turn.
This is a clever card. Could be a real thing if Control Warrior comes back.
I wish Hearthstone had tutorial missions for certain cards, ones that appear when you first open the card in a pack. For example: "Destroy 15 minions with Doomsayer." "Steal 3 creatures with Cabal Shadow Priest." "Get a Tunnel Trogg to 7 power." It would encourage new players to experiment and make opening packs feel a little more special.
Plants Vs. Zombies Heroes (a surprisingly good CCG) does this whenever you get a new hero, and it really encourages you to experiment with new ideas and makes your new cards feel special. Eternal (my current favorite CCG) straight-up gives you a functioning deck each week for your first month, including a Legendary minion, and gives you an achievement for using it.
I know this post is more about the new player experience than the long-term "big goals," but Hearthstone has issues with progression at every stage, and fixing the game for new players would be the first step toward fixing it for experts.
I really like the Brewmaster in this deck. He gives you game against Reno/Ice Block Mages, which are usually a nightmare for combo decks. You just retrieve the C'Thun to use again and leave your giant board of minions, and the Mage has to clear Aviana and Brann while also somehow healing.
And in case you don't need Brewmaster for the full combo damage, which happens often, there are plenty of useful battlecries to re-use. He's quite a little workhorse.
The only way to discourage people from playing to win is to stop rewarding them for winning. It's not possible for Casual Mode to be casual as long as it still hands out 10g for every third win. It's a clear incentive for people to play the most efficient, vicious deck they can.
It's certainly not tier-3. Raza himself is completely nuts, and since you're making a highlander deck, you can tech it against a lot of different metas. I have three Raza decks in rotation, OTK, Shadowform, and Dragon. I'd say they're all tier 1.5-2, with a reasonable chance against anything, even Jaraxxus.
I don't know. I'm playing a Reno Priest monster that usually wins against both Pirate Warrior and Jade Druid, so I have no reason to complain. Or quit. I did craft both Kazakus and Raza to build the deck, but now I'm good for a while. Wait until the meta actually settles before getting dramatic. This is DAY TWO.
I really like the double Tundra Rhino, partly because no one expects the second one. The first one soaks up 5 damage, and then people will sometimes set up a taunt and ignore your board, letting you combo with Hyena on turn 7. If this deck never gets super popular (and judging by history, it won't), then I'll continue to bag free wins against my opponents' misplays.
It's also interesting that this deck is stronger without draw mechanics, because you can fine-tune your hand-buff abilities with a smaller hand. I rarely feel like I need more options, because my hand scales pretty consistently, and if I do have a lot of low-cost cards, usually one is a Quickshot that can cycle me into something more useful while clearing board.
I was trying to make this deck today with no success. Couldn't get the numbers right. This is a great starting point.
I love your decks, because hyper-aggressive Hunter builds don't suit my play style, and you usually come up with something a little more creative and flexible.
It's a lot of hoops to jump through for nothing but an under-costed minion. That's good enough for Edwin VanCleef and some of the giants, so maybe. I don't like this card's chances at the competitive level, though.

Changed my vote from "Bad" to "Meta-Defining". Some cards go beyond petty questions of playability.
