Thank's for your interest. Since Lich King is a much stronger card than wrathion your question is absolutely justified! I played with the Lich King for a long time while crafting the deck. If you play a lot of games with this deck you realize that one of the main issues is the card draw. Normal (non-reno) decks play most of the card draw options twice. Here it's not possible. Wrathion cycles itself. Regarding the stats of the minion and it's cost it results in the following battlecry-effect "one mana: draw one" which is good. In combination with Brann you can even draw an extra card. Regarding the Lich King I realized that the cost of 8 mana is a problem in this deck even in the late game while you don't need it at all as a win condition (in many other decks the Lich King can win the game). Here you just need to survive long enough in the early game. After the quest is completed and you were able to keep some removal, you should win the game anyway.
Thank you for your interest! Regarding an update I think I need to find out first if this kind of deck is playable in the new meta in general. If so I will try to do an update for sure! But my main problem is that I have to learn for my final exam in med school right now and I cannot tell you when I will find the time to play HS at all atm...
It's nice to meet other people who like reno warrior decks. Regarding the C'Thun I tried a few different strategies. Unfortunately it did not workout very well so far.
First of all, thanks a lot for the input! I already saw that there are some mill-rogue decks playing Curator. But actually so far I'm not sure if you can get out enough value out of it. For sure it will win you a few games but probably it will stay in your hand as a high cost death card. For sure I will try it out and ad the possible change if I think it could be worth.
I know exactly your feeling!! I hate it when I face a pirate warrior since I know that my chances are so bad in this matchup. But on the other side you will win almost any game against other specific classes such as priest, warlock and mage. In the past days I had a positive win rate since I faced more control than aggro decks. I hope you will have some further enjoyable games with this deck!
I'm glad you have some good games against warlocks. Actually I also win almost any game against priest and mage too. I hope you will have some more funny games in the future!
Thank you for your comment. I think that at the moment you can win a lot of games since there are many control decks and combo priests in the meta right now. And Against midrange you can win by building a wall with your taunts and multiple N'Zoths :D
I also have a malygos OTK shaman list. It's a bit different. But I think you should play at leat one Ancestor's Call to put malygos in play from your hand in a cheap way if you draw it.
Thank you very much for that friendly comment. It seems like you made the same experience as I did. I also had the most trouble against dragonpriests. But yea, it's not a t1 deck but it's much fun to play :D
Thank you for your comment. I have to say that I reached legend twice quite easy with this deck. But I agree that it's not a t1 deck since there are too many hard matchups.
