Every Priest needs to heat up his healing hands from time to time. Some overdo it.

Last try with some new ideas before i eventually have to make a choice. Still failing to really strike gold with anything this week...

    Card ideas!

I'm not sure of the balance on Death's Heir. Mana-value-wise it's strong compared to Envenom Weapon+HP, though it's also much slower. Lord Stal's name is a reference to a Twilight Princess boss. Witch's Cauldron is pretty self-explanatory, I think.

    Any thoughts?

i suppose you're right, Death's Heir is a little overkill - one Assassinate on a minion plus an envenomed dagger is a lot for 6 mana. Witch's Cauldron looks a little boring though, if i'm honest.
I agree with Cheese that Stal should probably only get two Deathrattle copies to not ruin Deathrattle design space for a year. Then it would be more balanced than Death's Heir and more interesting than the Cauldron.

You find #3 the most appealing...but not particularly exciting. That's not a good sign D:
On the other hand i couldn't really explain it either...
I can be a tricksy mistress and not be easily pleased at times - maybe don't read too much into it :D

Okay, new idea! Rare o Epic version?

I believe this new secretive choose-one mechanic is interesting but often hard to use in a meaningful way. It's most interesting when each of the options has significantly different implications as to how one has to play around them. And i don't think that is really the case here. Most of the time this lands on a decently filled enemy board you'll first have to kill everything, then kill the spider. In that exact order.
If you can't clear the board you're probably in a bad spot anyway but if you have the means to clear, your course of action will always be the same.

    Thanks for your opinion. :)
I actually find the pure Deathrattle disabler most appealing (aka #3). The effect is kinda neat but also doesn't spark major excitement to be honest - it could be a borderline useful effect like Nerubian Unraveler, which i like, but somehow it doesn't really 'wow' me.
Also i feel like it lacks some distinct flavour and the name could be improved unless it's referencing some original character which i'm failing to recognize x)

Weird week so far - got many ideas, but few that actually work out properly. Anyways:

Somehow i really like the weird little contrast between 'Dorian Greymane' and 'Darion Mograine'. Huh.

Because "directly facing" makes the joke work. :)
    Also kinda true.
I don't think the joke works significantly worse if it's worded more 'standardy' though.
I guess, one would have to test what works best for most people.. x)

Yes exactly! And also if they touch you, you are dead (poisonous). I thought so myself, but it seems people aren't falling for it, or it might be too detached to get it from the name. Maybe changing it to  Boo artwork? Then the joke with "Boo Bot" falls flat, but maybe that punkin isn't needed.

Otherwise, I need to ponder a new idea.
I actually thought it was hilarious!
I think there might have been two problems though. Firstly the fact that the 'Boo Bot' artwork probably didn't really scream 'Mario's Boos!' loud enough - that might've veiled the reference a little.
And then there is the 'minions directly facing this card'-aspect which seems unnecessarily unintuitive to me. Was there a specific reason why you worded it that way? Because right now i don't see why it shouldn't simply read 'Can't attack minions opposite to this minion.' (or something like that).

now called Shifting Mutant. Still not great with names
    How about:
    • Amorphic Ooze
    • Shapeshifter
    • Changeling
    • Lingering Horror with a different artwork?

Edit: Darn! Someone already suggested Changeling. :(

As usual, this topic progesses way too fast for me to comprehend over night D:
So forgive me for not looking over everything from every page - i'm not ready to rip off CheeseEtc yet.

    - Actually, speaking of Cheese:

Venomfang Totem has been changed to a 5mana 0/6 and Suicide Bomber is new. I took into account feedback asking me to change Doom Shredder's art but there aren't that many shredder arts out there. I hope this one fits otherwise I'm fucked!
Will do a global review where there will be more pages.
First of all i feel like there's an overall lack of spookyness in those cards with Suicide Bomber even being rather grim but not spooky :D Doomshredder seems to be the only card that pulls off at least a decent spook, and a Piloted Shredder that reliably pulls a Doomsayer might even be practicable while also being a funny reference.
Suicide Bomber and Venomfang Totem have basically neat effects but might be more suited for a different competition while Vindictive Sorcerer looks like it punishes removal that you wouldn't even want to use on him or cards with wich Priests don't usually have problems anyways (like say, Doomsayer).
I'd say Doomshredder looks most promising. Also the art looks at least passable. Keep it if there truly isn't anything better available.

I really, really, really want Revenge Killer's flavor text to be: "I'm going." - "Where?" - "To kill you." :D (might just be me though)
That said, i also love the effect and overall card way more than the other two. In terms of creative while simple effects i'd say you've got a winner there (but again, that's coming from the man with that name who hasn't won one of these competitions yet - therefore might be worthless feedback).
The All-Devourer doesn't strictly look bad but just not as interesting as Revenge Killer. Also i'm not sure, if the 'and' condition in it's effect really works as intended after it is activated automatically, or if it just keeps resummoning itself no matter what. Finally Al'Akir seems to do a little too much at once - but that also just seems to be Al'Akir's thing. Still i'd argue that the 'Al'Akir principle' isn't really interesting enough to warrant a reboot.

People seem to love this Black Cat.

Seems like i'm not the only one who wants to try something with cats this week. This one is really nice though, fitting flavor and an interesting and interactable removal mechanic into one card. I'd actually like this one as a neutral but i guess it makes more sense to be a warlock card, since it casts a warlock spell. Definitely keep it at 1/2 though - after all you want the cat to be fragile so the opponent feels extra bad for killing it.

Auchenai Soulwarlock is such a silly little name, i love it! :D Sadly the effect feels a little basic to me and maybe even a little too strong, considering it turns your HP into 'cost-free' carddraw on top of enabling self-healing for all your damaging spells.
I guess Plague Doctor is the most flavorful here but i'm with nurgling here - such a powerful combo-piece should be balanced rather by increasing its cost than crippling its body. Actually, it might even be proper to do both (like a 5 mana 3/3) as this can be so immensely strong - not only with Unleash, but also with general board presence.
Phantom Singer also feels extremely strong and honestly exactly like the card the discard archetype needs to send it far over the edge :D If you manage to bring this down together with discard synergy (endless streams of Clutchmothers, holy shit!), you'll probably be swinging enough tempo around to basically win the game on the spot.
Tl;dr - Plague Doctor might be the best for now, but i'd also love to see a reworked Soulwarlock - simply because of the name x)
