I'm currently having some issues with Battle Net and thus can't play Hearthstone, which is a shame since I really wanted to try building a usable Demon Deck. Currently, I just put together something with the deck builder here.
I put it together fairly quickly so it's not at all optimized. Demonfire is my most questionable choice. In theory, it could help the Imps summoned by Imp Master trade better, be used as removal against bothersome targets like Knife Juggler, or even kill your own Nerubian Eggs. Of course that's all just theory. Suggestions would be appreciated, but preferably ones that I could in fact use as I don't have Pit Lord or Illidan Stormrage.
I've only had the time to play one game with it thus far, but I think it has potential. I'm not certain about every single card choice though. Archmage Antonidas for one. I really like him, but I'll only ever be able to cast one spell the turn I play him. I'm also not completely sure about the addition of Counterspell and Vaporize, but that's mostly because I've never really used either one in constructed. Any suggestions would be appreciated. And if you happen to try this deck out yourself, I'd also like to hear about your experiences with it.
I've only just gotten into the Plague Quarter yesterday and I've been having a lot of fun with Webspinner. Just earlier it nabbed me an Ironbeak Owl which allowed me to silence my opponent's Ragnaros and have it attack straight into my Freezing Trap. Probably not the greatest move ever, but it sure was fun. After that play I had to wonder: What other funny, silly, or game-winning plays have other people had with Webspinner?
Thanks for the replies. It's nice to know that Sludge Belcher might find it's place in the meta. And now I'm going to try, once more, to get into the Plague Quarter.
Currently I am unable to access the Plague Quarter due to technical difficulties, which is unfortunate because I really wanted to test out Sludge Belcher. For 5 mana you get a Sen'jin Shieldmasta that spawns a Goldshire Footman once he dies. Not spectacular, but could prove useful especially in Death Rattle themed decks.
That said, I'd like to ask you (those of you can use him) if he's any good at all?
I've been playing with that idea already. Redemption can be played around though so you may need to make your minions threatening enough so that your opponents has to kill them, or you can taunt them up.
Is it possible to make a Fatigue Deck? Yes. Will it be competitive? No. Of course the new Nax cards Dancing Swords and Deathlord could both probably be used in a Fatigue Deck. People also add King Mukla and Lorewalker Cho to Fatigue Decks to fill up their opponent's hands and burn their cards.
Ah, I forgot about hand burning... that seems incredibly risky, since it's not that hard to dump a couple bananas.
I forgot Dancing Swords exists - that seems pretty ideal. Especially since this deck needs more three drops, as it stands.
It is risky which is why you'd ideally drop Mukla on an empty board or when your opponent has 8 or more cards in their hand. Mukla followed by Coldlight Oracle or Naturalize could potentially burn 3 of your opponent's cards.

Personally, I'd put in a pair of Earthen Ring Farseers to provide some early game as well as some heal. Late game stuff would be find too, but since Ysera is your only Legendary I have to ask; what exactly do you have in mind?
While I'm not playing your deck I'd say that the Blade Flurry is a good addition. A couple of times with my Paladin deck I was able to drop down a cheap Sea Giant and then clear my opponent's board with a Consecration. Turns like that can really turn the game around.

I'm guessing this week will be filled with people trying to get Miracle Shaman to work. I'm eager for the results.

I'd love to hear them. Please come share.

Well, looks like I'll be waiting until tomorrow to head into the Plague Quarter. At least there'll be some Webspinner fun.

I really thought the bonus clip was going to involve Gnomish Inventor. Kind of disappointed that it didn't.

Here's one:
Now of course as this is a Mage deck you could win through sheer use of your hero power. Good luck making that work though.

Pretty sure you can craft golden versions of Nax cards once you unlock them.
