    There's place for all kind of decks, face, tempo, control, mill, etc...that's how a CCG works...

    Plus not everyone spends real cash on this game - other "competitive decks" are at least 5 times more expensive.

     Playing Miracle, Oil or Maly is amazing and an incredible experience, but let's be honest, this nerf just killed oil and to in Maly that 2 mana 6 damage aoe was many times essential to winning, or even at 3 damage to kill the enemys board and survive to play you maly combo.  Nerfing this card  like this removes at least 30% of the fun (for me at least)

    So, Leper Gnome got nerfed and it can be disenchanted for full arcane dust value. Mekgineer Thermaplugg is card directly related to Leper Gnome and I just checked it to try to disenchant and itayit's only disechaning for 400 dust. WTF BLIZZ?? BB said on twitter that we would be able do get full value.

    Did anyone tried disenchanting him and got full value (1600 dust)?

     That is honestly not the goal. The true goal (and one that I think is worthwhile) is to curb non-interactive combos that are impossible to play against. Oil and Flurry may have been great fun for the Rogue, but they were not fun for anyone else. This is not simply because they made the Rogue win, but because they made the Rogue win in a way that could not be played around or avoided.
    Anytime you have a foolproof win condition that involves nothing more than collecting several combo pieces and playing them in the proper order, you can expect a nerf. Blizzard has stated on multiple occasions that this is a play style they want to actively discourage.     Rogue still has a clear identity with its focus on efficient single-target removal, weapon buffs, card combos, coins and thievery. I cannot imagine playing a Rogue will ever feel anything like playing any other class.
     I agree and disagree with this.
    The Blade Flurry nerf gave us the ability to get weapons that we couldn't get because of the OTK ability.  If we had a Death's Bite, it could be bursted for up to 20 damage.
    OTK is the most overhyped term in the game.  Combo's are fine, but there is a fine line between what is acceptable and what is not.  Force / Roar was unacceptable because it was a 2 card combo and easy to get since you ran 2 each and only needed 1...50% chance to get the combo by turn 12.  There are other 14 damage combos but they require more cards which to me is acceptable. Leeroy Jenkins plus 2 Cold Blood is the same damage, but you have to find 3 unique cards for that combo, (33% chance by turn 12) which isn't going to happen every game.   
     The only problem is that we didn't get any weapons AT ALL and also no AOE. I agree the nerf was necessary, but not he mana increase and also not if they are't releasing something to replace it.

     #9 in constructed is definitely Hunter.
     Even with all the new cards?  I guess we'll see.  Just weird they gut blade flurry and replace with... more control tools? 
    Not saying I don't like the new rogue cards; Xaril seems cool, Shadowcaster will be fun, and the C'thun epic is nice (albeit slow); but maybe we're missing something that will become more apparent as all the new decks and cards are played out.
    who knows, I'm no expert
     More control won't work if Valeera gets a K.O. in turn 7 and now have no reliable AOE (not that Blade Flurry was especially reliable in control anyway), Only left choice is raptor and we all know it is tier 3 at the veeery best.
