WispInEveryDeck posted a message on Ladder & Meta, Shady's Move to Standard, Iksar Interview - Value Town #182Posted in: NewsHey guys I got the synopsis right here:
0:00:00 - Opening and welcoming shadybunny. Gaara looks like he's trying to a fart. Shadybunny is obviously not prepared for this.
0:00:33 - Chanman challenges the viewers to hold in their farts for the length of the video as a joke. Shadybunny laughs, obviously not aware of what he's dealing with.
0:01:11 - Discussion about Shadybunny's marksman glasses he's wearing. Chanman asks if it helps. Shadybunny pauses and comments that glasses wont help him get past rank 20. Discussion on explaining contacts vs glasses to Chanman.
0:01:55 - 0:02:08 - please guys watch just this part. Gaara puts on sunglasses to be like Shadybunny and Chanman goes full retard looking for things to say.
0:04:04 - It becomes evident to Gaara while Chanman is rambling on about hotdogs being sandwiches that he has overtrusted the fart from earlier.
0:07:02 - Weekly review of everyone's week. Gaara talks about having a bad week with control decks, but couldnt level much because his mom grounded him for not taking the trash out. Shadybunny realizes what this show is and logs onto Fortnite.
0:13:32 - Shadybunny explains his switch to Standard from Arena, offering Gaara to move to Arena from Standard as he'll find easier excuses for losing tournaments.
0:28:45 - it's been almost 15 minutes since Shadybunny has spoken. His screen is obviously flashing and changing, further confirming the dude is alt tabbed both literally in figuratively for this show.
0:32:09 - Gaara's camera has now moved approx 3 inches closer to his face from the start of the show.
0:33:53 - They discuss Malygos for at least 10 minutes. About 8 minutes into it Chanman realizes Malygos isnt a Pokemon card.
0:44:24 - They ask Shadybunny what was the worst decision he's ever made in Hearthstone. He says Valuetown episode 182. Chanman laughs for the next 4 minutes and Gaara continues to move his camera closer to himself.
0:51:38 - Discussion on quest rogue balance. Gaara comments that Blizzard doesnt care about balance of the game as much as they do about the length of these videos or bookmarks.
0:58:51 - Argument of over or under for toilet paper and which technique is used by people that play Druid. Agreement reached that people that play quest Rogue dont wipe.
1:04:33 - Chanman comments that people that play Shudderwock shaman put cat food in their spaghetti. Shadybunny's glasses clearly show a reflection of "Victory Royale" at this point.
1:13:30 - Q&A submitted asking Chanman if he's ever reached legend. Gaara now has the camera less than an inch from his eye. Shadybunny begins talking to the wolf drawing on his wall.
1:26:23 - Gaara's camera is now down his shirt. Chanman checks twitter for questions, and there are none. He asks if we should just have some nerfs in a month. It's not clear if he's talking about Hearthstone cards or these videos.

agon_EU posted a message on Best/Worst Hero PowerPosted in: General DiscussionI think that a good method to understand which Hero power is better is arena cause there are no costructed decks. I would rank those like this.
Best Hero power: warlock (always good no excuses)
Close to always good Hero power: mage (damage without consequeces)
Average Hero powers: priest (if u get a board you win), hunter (if u can play aggressively u can tap to death, otherwhise useless), rogue (best early game, late game suck hard)
Below average: druid (not bad not good, just isn't enough), paladin (1/1 only good if he survives or gets traded, otherwise too slow)
Bad Hero power: shaman (totems need synergies otherwhise they are crap) . Remember how shaman totems were useless pre shamanstone, shaman can sometimes save his ass with a taunt or heal minions but the randomness just isn't worth it.
Worst Hero power: warrior (lots of armour without weapons is completely shit)

Feno posted a message on Weekend Wacky Wild DecksPosted in: Newswhat?! dude Reincarnate is so broken, who DOESN'T want to Ancestral Healing for 2 mana?? And it comboes with Ancestral Spirit! Think about the mad value, you play Sylvanas, then you cast Ancestal Spirit on her, then you reincarnate her and then you realize that actually this is happening in your head since you've been dead by turn 5!

Drafted Sylvanas, never drew her once.

Once Rotation hits, I think a whole lot more people will be inclined to play both formats. Egg Druid is probably the only genuinely Wild deck at the moment and managed to get to legend with it. With a larger player base, and Reno joins, the Wild exclusive decks will increase dramatically, but don't think it will be a mess because of it. Decks will naturally phase out, and it will straighten things out.

Awesome work! I've failed the final boss 4 times going for legend for the first time this season, exclusively with Egg Druid, went back to 2 a few times, but at R1 and 2 stars. The struggle is real, you give me hope lol

Don't get seduced by the Kripp obsession, and Twitch numbers. He's a great player, but not the most educational and his chat is as toxic as Forsen's.
ADWACTA & Merps are ver solid, Not a fan of Ratsmah, but he's a good teacher. Hafu is good on both accounts. For a smaller, but as educational, with a much friendlier chat, Shadybunny, and Simcopter1 are great teachers, too.

I added a 2nd Truesilver, but slot isflexible for an Argent Lance if the deck struggles against zoo.
3
Depends which Rag you are referring to? Ragnaros the Firelord doesn't quite fit into the decks theme (without going full roleplayer) whereas Ragnaros, Lightlord would be a more viable option to cut out something like Chromaggus or Eadric.
2
Haha, I'd imagine a bit more on the too slow side, but this would only be slightly viable if the meta was just that slow, and C'Thun decks are a staple, as I imagine that'd slow, too.
Eadric the Pure would be in the more versatile slot, able too change out (as a few) for whatever is more needed, tech wise or sustainability.
Cheers for the feedback, though. Appreciated =)
