You guys don't understand that all the odd paladins and rogues on ladder are just players taking advantage of other players that are testing random stuff to easily rampage the ladder all the way to legend. It is probably their only chance of getting there.
Maybe that's how they find the game enjoyable, I certainly disagree but it is acceptable.
However, if you play fully optimized shudderwock shaman on casual I hope your account gets hacked :)
It makes sense because it fits blizzard's approach to the game.
They think that by giving less they will get more. This can be seen all over the game. The quests are shit, the packs barely give you anything, arena rewards have been underwhelming since day 1. Ladder rewards are a joke. Should I continue?
So they think that a new player will be super excited to give them money after he has been playing for a month and can maybe, at best, afford a cheaper version of a meta deck. Would you be? Cause I sure as hell won't.
I wonder if someone at blizzard ever wondered if players will actually be more interested in buying packs when they are both closer to complete decks and know that the investment is worth it.
How do cards like this make it past the design team? Unbelievably awful play-testing.
Because the first week of the expansion is the actual testing phase where people find the broken stuff. There is just no way they can find every single broken interaction with such a small testing crew (compared to millions of players building new decks)
