I almost never had to use the Leeroy/PO/Faceless combo in this version (Gul'dan Hero Power+Leeroy+PO+Dark Bomb is used way more often to finish off the other side), hence I decided to cut the Emperor.
Nowadays I mostly play Faceless on Voidlord/Mal'Ganis/Sylvanas, sometimes on big enemy minions (with Shadowflame), and only exceptionally just on Leeroy.
The Shaman decks that are played currently, namely Token/Aggro and Malygos decks, are played in such a way that you basically never use the Hero Power at all. They rely on powerful cards such as Tunnel Trogg/Totem Golem/Primalfin Totem in the early game to build a large board and hold on to this advantage, followed by either Bloodlust and/or a flood of burst spells to finish of the enemy hero.
This is because a random token generating Hero Power for 2 mana is quite bad and you therefore only use this Hero Power if your draw is horrid and you have absolutely no play at all. Despite this, sometimes the generated tokens can give you a huge benefit if the right one spawns. At 1 mana this HP can be used way more often, without completely wrecking your early game, and I reckon that an increase of these scenarios can also attribute to an increase in winrate.
I agree that the loss of winconditions based on the Shaman Hero Power (e.g.Bloodlust/Thunder Bluff Valiant) is quite significant and I think this deck indeed has a lower winrate than the Shaman decks that are currently played, however I believe that this difference is minimal and that it'll be quite up to par tot these decks in the case that a good even-costed wincondtion (and/or burn spell) is printed for Shaman. Let's hope for the best. =)

If you break 16 of these cauldrons you can make a legendary! Breaking them is fun (!) and the resulting legendary is competitive!

I think it's (0) mana; similar to how Emperor works with Aviana.
