One of the best parts about this deck is that it almost completely survives the next rotation. I suspect once pirates and jades leave standard, a lot of Shaman decks will look like this.
The worst part about this card is that it makes Nourish an early ramp card. Before you had to save them for card draw when you ran out of stuff late, but now you just throw out as much ramp as possible, blow your whole hand and then fill it back up again with a turn 6 UI. If Nourish didn't exist, I honestly think this card would just be really, really good instead of ABSOLUTELY BUSTED.
Shaman is an amazing class that's woefully overshadowed by the handful of cards that enable it to be so aggressive. I've never had more fun in Hearthstone than playing control Shaman. It's versatile, it's challenging, it's swingy, and it's relatively powerful, but nowhere near the point of being overpowered. I'm just crossing my fingers that cards like Tunnel Trogg and Totem Golem rotating will tone things down a bit so Blizzard don't get too heavy-handed and nerf bat anything prematurely.
So help me god, Blizzard, if you nerf Shaman before rotation and the whole class gets dumpstered when TGT and Explorers go away, I'm leaving and I'm not coming back.
Something needs to be done about the classic set. More random nerfs based around the current standard meta is NOT the answer.

Agreed. It's aggressive and tempo-y, but it's far from "hit face every time" the way pirate warrior and the old face hunter was.

Yeah, the pro player who made it to rank 2 legend with it is a real dummy.

One of these days Blizzard will print a deathrattle that makes this card busted and YOU'LL ALL BE SORRY!!

It's very telling of the state of the meta that even a budget Druid deck wouldn't dream of running any less than two Ultimate Infestations

How the hell did you only manage to play against one druid?

...until he pulls Y'Shaarj on turn 4.

This is exactly what I was looking for, thanks. I made it this far without crafting patches and I'm not about to give up now.

Turn 9: Grommash Hellscream
Turn 10: Sudden Genesis
Turn 11: Oh shit, wait... it's Hearthstone, so you lost 4+ turns ago. Great card, Blizzard...

I want so badly for this deck to be good.

Welp, it looks like I'll be dropping N'Zoth Shaman for N'Zoth Priest in this expansion.

Ok, now win a game at rank 19 and we'll talk.
