posted a message on Has it occured to anyone that Wild will have more deck diversity than standard?

I'm gonna try both. I think new cards being added will make certain old decks be less effective (Eater of Secrets obviously hurts Secret Paladin, Freeze Mage, and Midrange Hunters) and more effective (N'Zoth the Corruptor will be really fun with Naxxramus and GVG deathrattle minions).

Still I think most people will try standard at first for it's newness. Standard will also make a lot of existing cards (like Sen'jin Shieldmasta and Refreshment Vendor) a lot more used and will bring out the potential of certain cards that were missing that extra push to be really good (like how Magma Rager could actually be decent with this new Paladin rare hahahaha).

So I think both will be cool. Besides Blizzard will just put out another adventure or something in another quarter of a year, so Standard will keep changing too.

posted a message on New Priest Card - Shadow Word: Horror

This seems like it would be fine in Standard (which will probably be too control based for this to see too much play), but it will absolutely insane in wild. I mean, it's better than Consecration in most cases in wild, killing 2/3 minions though it wouldn't kill 3/2 minions, but you have Shadow Word: Pain for that anyway and if you let a Knife Juggler live from turn 2 to turn 4 (unless it gets nerfed) you've already lost.

posted a message on BUFF CARDS - Let's destroy Hearthstone!

Already made some earlier but this is fun. Again, all of these cards still cost the same original mana and have the same stats.

Knight of the Wild: "Whenever you summon a beast, reduce the cost of this card by (1) (Wherever it is)" [because this card should get Frost Giant/C'Thun treatment]

Bolf Ramshield: "Whenever your hero takes damage, this minion takes it instead. Restore this minion to full health at the end of each turn."

Mogor the Ogre: "All targeting effects and attacks have a 50% chance to hit the wrong character."

The Mistcaller: "Battlecry: All minions on your side of the battlefield gain +1/+1 as long as they stay on your side of the field."

Faceless Manipulator: "Battlecry: Choose a minion and become a copy of it, and then gain +1/+1."

Mortal Strike: Deal 5 damage. If you have 12 health or less, deal 7 damage. [Honestly probably what this card should be. Would make it pretty equal to Fireball]

Eerie Statue: "Charge. Can't attack unless it is the only minion in the battlefield."

Hungry Dragon: "Battlecry: Summon a random neutral 1-Cost minion for your opponent."

Cogmaster's Wrench: Has +2 attack while you control a Mech. Gain +1 attack each time your opponent plays a mech."

Drain Life: "Deal 2 damage. Restore 2 health to all friendly characters."

None of these change the mana cost or stats of the card.

Mysterious Challenger: "Battlecry: Put one of each secret from your and your opponent's decks into your battlefield."

Knife Juggler/Flamewaker: "Whenever you summon a minion/play a spell, deal 1 damage to a random enemy minion."

Deathwing: Battlecry: "Destroy all of your minions and discard your opponent's hand."

Alexstrasza: "Choose One - Set a hero's health to 10 or 20" (yes I know that's a Druid thing, but oh well that would be insanely good).

Shadowflame: "Destroy a minion and deal it's attack to all minions on the board."

Naga Sea Witch: "Both players' cards cost (5)."

Icehowl: "Can only attack heroes and ignores Taunt."

Majordomo Executus: "Battlecry: Replace your hero with Majordomo Executus" [Majordomo in hero form has 7 health, his hero power summons 2/2 Ragnaros' Sparks that cannot attack and deal 2 damage to a random enemy at the end of your turn. He has "Deathrattle: replace your hero with Ragnaros the Firelord", who is still the same.]

That would probably need to be 1/2 minion as that is essentially dealing 2 damage to a minion unless it has taunt and is getting in the way on your turn, since it will immediately take damage once your turn is over. Maybe say, " deal 1 damage to a minion and that minion takes 1 damage at the end of the owner's turn"?

It's an awesome effect, just the way it is it's kinda broken considering it's like dealing 3 damage to a minion by the time it's your next turn.
