Mage was hurt badly, but it only lost things which made the slower matchups extremely favorable. If aggro gets predominant with Warrior decrease (which I particulaly dont believe will happen) Reno Mage will be fine.
The Highlander effects of this set aren’t so broken to the point you auto lose the game by not being able to active them right on curve. Finley aside, the other 4 you dont even want to play on curve most of times.
Both Elyse and Bran seems kind of combolicious, you may run it in duplicate decks with no regrets (not necessarily tier 1 decks, of course, but competitively anyways).
By the time you complete the Quest you should be winning anyways. It works with bombs which otherwise could simply be ignored in some scenarios. Still isnt worth.
The more lackeys they release, the weaker the mechanic will get actually. Even if all of them happen to be good picks.
The truth is: currently, each archetype and each matchup has its own highrolls when it comes to lackey pool.
There are so many aggro mirrors where if your opponent manages to protect their one/two drop with the right lackey they simply snowball throughout the match (see Tidecaller or Underbelly Angler in Murloc Shaman, for example).
For instance, in midrange/controlish matchups, you'll dig for value spells, or to evolve some big guy after trade.
Right now, they are reliable because, on top of being all OKish picks, you have 1/4 chances to get what you need. Adding much more picks to the lackey pool will make it weaker.
Hunter running Tracking and Calling can filter the deck well enough for Brann to work even with a bunch of doubles.
At the very least I expect to see some greedy variants similar to last expansion’s Maly Hunter. But I wouldnt be surprised if Brann finds a place into some competitive list.
It seems for me that the deck lacks consistent card draw, and priests AOE arent as good as it used to be. For me Miracle Priest is overall the best priest deck right now..

Trade only, you go first.

The thing is, CW could keep Dr Boom in their mulligan even against aggro. Now, a T9 Boom can be quite the game losing move.

The completion is easy, the reward is ok. Not game-winning but doesnt hurt a lot to run the quest.
Well designed, just like Shaman and Druid’s

Obvious addition to Highlander decks. Probably won’t push the archetype in Standard though.

Add Lackey support and lackey generators is excellent! Increase the lackey pool not so much.
