There has already been a round of nerfs in the current expansion, a second one is planned in ~2 weeks and there have been some talks about potential buffs too.
However, how about some nerf reverts as well? I have a few cards in mind that, although they were a bit too OP and were rightflully nerfed back when it happened, they would be more or less balanced in their unnerfed version today given the powercreep. I am also focusing primarily on cards from classes and archetypes that are bad/unplayable in the current meta and could use a bit of help
Metamorphosis: In its current form it is complete garbage. Reverting the nerf to make it deal 5 damage again might make it playable again. A 5-mana legendary spell should have some strong effect anyway.
Priestess of Fury: Giving it again 7 health will probably not be enough to make Big Demon Hunter good, but it might make the card playable in some decks. It would still not be as good as Troublemaker for example
Guardian Animals back to 7 mana: I was watching a guy in the Masters Tour yesterday who had the brilliant idea to bring Guardian Druid to the tournament. He had a matchup vs a Miracle Rogue where he ramped on turn 4 and cheated out Animals with Bloom on t6 together with a corrupted Strongman. The Rogue still easily cleared his board on the next turn and killed him a couple of days later. So it seems that a play that was once considered a big highroll that would lead to an insta-win, barely makes the cut as a power play in today's meta and I doubt anyone would find Guardian Animals on 7 mana oppressive any more (Overgrowth on 4 into GA on 5 is kind of similar in terms of power level and stats to Kazakus on 4 into 2 5/5 golems on 5)
And finally a neutral card that sees no play: Kael'thas Sunstrider: Keep the cost of the 3rd spell to 1 (otherwise it can really break the game in wild), but I'd like to see him cost 6 mana again. As it is now it is completely unplayable in both standard and wild (although I have no idea who could utilize this card, even at 6 mana)

I crafted Bloodmage Thalnos and Alexstrasza for Standard mode couple of day ago. So Blizzard will give dust refund? NO. I do not want to play on Classic mode. Blizzard forces me to play on Classic mode. I don't have any avaiable dust. If Classic format dies, I can't play the game.

Zephrys the Great did not give the Brawl or Shadow Word: Ruin to clear the board. So Zephrys is changed for some nerf or there is an unintended bug that cause problems with the card options. I added the screenshot that I lost the game because of Zephrys.
mistermath314: Brawl would keep him alive if either Zephrys the Great or the Big Ol' Whelp survived. Shadow Word: Ruin would leave the 4/2 and 2/1 alive, as well as the reborn 6/1 - but he has a Whirlwind in his hand and 1 mana left over, so he lives in that case too.
I thought zephyrs will not be able to understand his hand, so whether he has whirlwind or not does not matter to the cards offered?
mistermath314: Yes, that's true. But neither Soul Cleave nor Earth Elemental saves him either, and Shadow Word: Ruin clearly offers more value.
Also, Brawl should be offered either way.

This is an undirect nerf to Malygos . The deck is already too slow, you killed my standard Jepetto Maly Druid. Instead of this change, make transforming minions(like Flobbidinous Floop) keeping discount enchantment so Dreampetal Florist wont be thrash anymore.

For your question there are three ways to defeat Shudderwock:
1. Finish the quest early and kill the opponent by using hero power before playing Shudderwock
2. Play Lich King and steal Shudderwock or Zola by using Death Grip (The deck has 2 Stonehill Defenders that can give Lich Kings and has also 1 Lich King)
3. If you played 2 Primordial Drakes and 2 Blood Razors. After the opponent plays Shudderwock(not with Grumble), Bring It On+Shield Slam+Azalina combo will give us 1 Shudderwock that will heal us with 2 Lifedrinkers and deal 6 damage every turn so we can clear the opponent's Shudderwocks. Btw do not forget that we have also chance that to gain armor each play. Because of Shudderwock has over draw, eventually ShudderKiller Taunt Warrior will win the match.
