Can someone explain why the mulligan tips say to always keep Razorpetal Lasher, yet the deck only has one?
Because it's pretty decent early game and you have very little early game. That little 2/2 can often be what you need to create good tempo. There aren't two because two would be too many since you really don't want to draw it late game unless you're desperate for more burn.
Yes you can. This guide I think is sending the wrong message. Early game you use everything you have to get tempo and control the board. Once you have board control you can start worrying about piecing the rest of the combo together. You rarely need to pull off 30 damage so there's plenty of breathing room.
This deck is not easy or intuitive to play at all. If you're used to the control Rogue playstyle, then you'll probably have some success. If not, it'd be a waste. Malygos is a pretty safe craft but Wanted and Mossy Horror are questionable. I'd probably save the dust and just play something you do have the cards for.
I've been playing a similar list since release. This deck does not work in this meta. It's unfortunately just not strong enough. Needs a stronger mid-game.
Actually, your pedigree does not mean you are automatically right. The skills needed to perform well in the HCT are not perfectly aligned with deck-building generally. Obviously you need to deck-build and be pretty good at it to perform at a high level, but it's still going to come down to smart decision-making and choosing the right type of decks at the right time.
There are plenty of people who are excellent deck creators who are not in the HCT. Better than many or even all pros, for that matter. You dismissing them makes you a fool, regardless of how they handle themselves. If you believe the merits of his argument were faulty, that's fine. But judging him based on "poor knowledge of phraseology and/or game mechanics" is not justification which shows that the merits of his comment are lacking. Hell, you seem to think quite highly of yourself and your English is far from perfect. Should we ignore everything you have to say for that reason? I wouldn't think so, but perhaps you would?
Sure, but that's absolute best case scenario and in that scenario, this card is functioning as a win-more card (which isn't good). You need to be more realistic with your expectations when evaluating this card.
thanks god you're not respondible for blizzard's balancing cards ;-) Yeah, 6 mana give all your minions +1/+1 4 times (on average around +12/12 considering 3 minions on the board, probably more) and deal 12 dmg to (because 3 attack weapon, durability 4. 3 x 4 = 12). So basicly +12/+12 deal 12 dmg for 6 mana... you're right, that would be "playable".
The cost is just about right. The 7 mana weapon was also considered too slow but than when people found it it can go 12 face for 7 mana and on the top of that summon 6/6 (6 times 1/1) they started to run it. I'm not convinced this could wil be better than vineclever because if paladin dudes stack you probably win anyway so additional buff won't be so nessesary. The power of 7 mana weapon is that it creates 1/1s and each one is potentional threat.
And this weapon? it's clearly balanced with it's mana cost. Time will tell if it's gonna see play. For 6 mana? Dude, you're the one who invented Ultimate Infestation or what? ;-)
That's not how this works. 3 constant minions on board over four turns is not realistic.
The problem is Miracle rogue. If you give rogues any new spells that are good, you'll boost Miracle into the stratosphere and Blizzard doesn't want that because it's extremely good but extremely hard to play. That's not great for a casual game.
Really enjoying this deck. I wanted Aluneth to work since I got a golden one, but it just doesn't. I did throw in some polymorphs as I think that's helping quite a lot. Frost Bolts as well. My strategy is to control the early game and then survive the late game.
This card is very good. It's a better PWS. This allows favorable trades and cycles. So much potential. You wouldn't use it in tempo over Keleseth, but in control where you're already running Equality I think this will be a great addition.

This deck will not work on ladder. I've tried similar decks for months. It needs a bit more power that just isn't in the current pool of cards.

You need more draw badly. If you don’t get Faldorei you auto lose.
