There's nothing in the Terms saying you can't do it (some streamers do it to test card interactions), but if it's just for doing daily quests you're wasting your time. Just play on the ladder to gain better experience and actually enjoy playing the game.
This ability existed in MtG as something called "Ingest", and it never saw standard play at all.
Realize that this is much less impactful than forcing your opponent to discard a card from hand, and the number of decks it would really impact is slim.
For over a year, most of the strongest cards in most decks (not counting you, Wallet Warrior) were commons and rares. Remember Piloted Shredder? That was a common, believe it or not. Most strong utility cards are also free/common cards from the basic/classic set.
Desperately needs good hand-buff synergy to be good. Otherwise it's just a pack filler and a subpar "deal 3, gain 3 for 4" in arena (aka, a worse Bash).
Update: I finished that Mage run at 12 wins last night (12-1).
I haven't had a 12-win run in 2 years, and my deck wasn't even particularly good. There's definitely something to say for the egregious power level of Mage in arena right now. Kripp's salt is validated.
I guessed there'd be someone who also posted something about this recently.
I am by no means an arena pro (usually 3-6 wins), but lately I've been getting back into it and just slaughtering my opponents when I pick Mage. I've currently got a 6-0 run going, despite not even having any Flamestrikes, Meteors, or Firelands Portals in the list. Cards like Blizzard, Cabalist's Tome, and Polymorph just take you so far if you're able to get even just 1 or 2 decent minions on board.
Randiun, Silence Druid, Elemental Paladin, Joust Paladin, and Giants Rogue are just a few of my favorites I've played over the years. These all can only be best played in wild, fyi.
The new card Terrorscale Stalker is surprisingly good, but no one is playing it because it's definitely a build-around deck that likely isn't top-tier. I've been trying out this version of my own deathrattle Hunter deck for a few days now and really enjoying it.
Anyone who can give it a few test-spins on the ladder? More input and testing is awesome!

Blackguard is amazing! It specifically hits minions! A lot of people are gonna be trying out the Pally DK this summer :D

I don't think you're using the term "infinite" correctly here...

Good card is good. Great against Mage and Priest, curves into Houndmaster, and isn't a bad drop in the late game.

Kibler, Savjz, and Toast all spring to mind.

But where can I find a helpful ladder for those tabling?
