That's because Doomerang, quite oddly, causes the weapon to deal the damage, it doesn't do damage itself (I imagine spell power doesn't buff Doomerang either, although I can't be sure because I've never seen ANYONE use Doomerang).
Why would it shuffle into your deck? Doomerang doesn't destroy it, it bounces it, and using bounce effects on Deathrattle minions doesn't trigger them either. It's quite possible doing so would also wipe any enhancements it had received too (since it's only stated to retain buffs when the Deathrattle triggers) so Doomerang would literally be the WORST card to use with it.
Not even close. Enstatued Seraph requires you to give up a single turn's play tempo. This card basically causes you to commit suicide on the spot, and doesn't even really guarantee much if you somehow survive giving your opponent a double turn (you're almost guaranteed to be starting from a completely blank board if your opponent doesn't simply kill you outright).
Awful card. Wouldn't be so bad if it was just an RNG-based, juiced-up version of Get Down!, but it only triggers on attacks against your face, so it provides no protection at all for your other minions, despite the higher cost and unreliability.
...so what happens if the buff lands on Tyrion? When Tyrion dies, do you get this back again first only for it to be replaced by Ashbringer and trigger on another minion in your hand, or does it destroy Ashbringer?
Oh for FUCK'S sake Blizzard! What are you DOING? Trying to preserve Evolve Shaman in standard even after Evolve itself (and most of its support cards like Doppelgangster) rotates out next year? Just LET IT GO! Find a new thing for Shaman to do! Yeah, we know you fucked up by tying their Death Knight to a mechanic that was about to rotate out and leave it stranded, but suck it up, don't just keep releasing more new Evolution cards with every set to try and make it a core Shaman mechanic like Overload and Totems!

Terrible! Simply terrible! How did they DARE not make the flavour text "It was inevitable, curse it!"

Probably to keep you from challenging friends to matches then just conceding to give them daily win completion

Darkness calls...
Sorry, THE Darkness

I wanna cast Magic Missile!

It doesn't trade STATS, just attack. If you stole their Ysera, she would be 2/12.

15 armour is 50% of your maximum life. For the cost of 6 mana and 1 card.

That's a hell of a good trick, using a Paladin spell to recruit (meaning pull from your deck) a Warrior minion. How do you manage it?

I actually want to kill whichever trolltastic moron on the design team thought this card was what the fucking game needed...
