This was said about Dr. Boom back in the day. And it still carries on to pretty much every card in every expansion. Stop judging them before you play them, because you're most likely going to be wrong.
So because someone was wrong about Dr. Boom everyone is always wrong on every card? That's some stellar logic. You're bound to find a person that survived a carcrash because he didn't wear a seatbelt. Better not use them!
I think the point is that people disregard new cards very easily, even ones that have the potential to be good.
Instead, I suggest they implement a "test-out" mode, where people go simply to try out new decks. You can't earn gold nor complete quests in it.
But, I must say, if you're trying out a new deck, and seeing how well it fares against the competitive ladder, is it not better to run it against actual decks you'll see in competitive instead of some newbie deck you can beat with anything.
Old thread, but I have a question regarding topic. I have revieved thanks, but when I check it says I have given 0 thanks, but I have upvoted several deck, how come???
Only upvotes to comments and posts are included in that number, not deck upvotes.
Hi, I'm nearing 10K Thanks. Is there an achievement for that?
This is a funny card I thought of some time back: Miss Lethal.
Essentially, it's just a way to find out if you missed lethal at any point of the match.
Mechanically, I can see it working like this: At the point where you end the turn, if there was some card on the board or in your hand that could be played to kill your opponent that round, then she would appear, otherwise she would not. This does not take into effect RNG-based effects, of course.
If you never miss lethal during the match, then you would run a deck with just 29 cards, which is useful by itself for OTK decks that want to make themselves more consistent with their drawing.
Funniest thing just happened to me right now. Was playing Arena and lost (quite horribly) to a Rogue deck at 6-1. Just as I conceded, the game froze. I ALT + F4'd and tried logging back in - and couldn't get to the game, it kept freezing upon launch and closing.
I noticed my friends all went offline too - so the server probably crashed for whatever reason. 10 minutes later logged back in... checked my score and it was still 6-1! Didn't count as a loss. Thanks Blizz! :3

Having card advantage is quite important in Arena. I reckon doubling on your draws can help quite a bit.

I love the Priest and Warrior one! They're all really well thought out.

Coming back to see the iconic old thread no longer exists. I'm SALTY.

Best Rogue card we've had in ages.

After I crafted Varian Wrynn in TGT, when everyone was SO sure he would be insanely good, I decided not to craft anything on Day 1.
Edit: Also, I needed to post this 3 times for this to show up. Curse fix your crappy site.

I'm upset nothing Gunship-related has been shown so far. It was like the best fight in WoTLK. Hopefully it's some sort of PVE battle.
