My deck did it for me in one shot.

 Cleared him down on Heroic using Mill Rogue, pretty simple considering he uses lots of card draws with Cult Master and Acolyte of Pain

I one-shot both normal and heroic with a miracle rogue deck - don't know why that's not listed. Never saw a single skeleton since that deck runs so few minions.

Use this deck, worked for me

I've made some modifications to NiymN's deck and after a few tries I've managed to defeat Noth, most notably - I've replaced Maexxna with Sylvanas Windrunner and added 2x Starfire instead of Swipe and Healing Touch to add extra removal and card draw. The key is getting a good starting hand and some luck with the draws.

Noth uses 2 Counterspells in his deck too in Heroic

Noxious was playing on Asia and had a very limited collection of cards. You could sub it for something with some damage dealing and you should be good.

Is it safe to assume that the passive hero power is considering the players minions as 'enemies' and therefore you can kill off a 1/1 on heroic and get a 5/5 to replace it?
