Boss Overview
Terestian Illhoof is the third and final boss in The Menagerie wing of the One Night in Karazhan adventure.
Pro Tips and Strategy
- Illhoof can only be damaged by killing off his Icky Imp. Clearing the board over and over again works wonders.
- You want a taunt line on your side of the field to prevent your hero from taking too much damage.
- Stealing Illhoof's Imps let you deal twice the damage to him since both imps will activate their deathrattles. It's also a sticky minion so you maintain more board control.
- Mind Control Tech is a great neutral card to take to steal an Imp early on.
- Explosive Sheep played later on when Illhoof has 5+ Icky Imps will deal devastating damage.
- Priests: Don't forget about the amazing Auchenai Soulpriest + Circle of Healing clear combo. Will also take out some of Illhoof's other potential minions with more than 2 health.

I would actually exclude Kobold Geomancer from the deck so that people won't accidentally play Devolve with the spell damage :)
2 damage would just kill imp and make it respawn
For Heroic: just make a Warlock deck with Mortal Coil (or any other card that deals one damage) and Defile. Mulligan for these two cards and wait until he has at least two Icky Imps on the board. Deal one damage to one of the Imps so that there is one Imp with one hp and one (or more) Imps with two hp. Now cast defile. This will start a chain of infinite defiles until the boss is dead.

I know I'm late to this, but the decks in the 'Winning Deck Lists' were kind of terrible - relying mostly on luck. So I made this. You're welcome.

Just play standard taunt druid. put in a couple ramp cards and then all the big taunts you have. Maybe a starfall or two. He will either kill him self by attacking with the imps, or refrain from attacking and let you set up your board how you want.

Teck worked really good for me. It is all about getting your own Imps
I just stalled with Doomsayer Abomination Explosive Sheep Explosive Trap and then finished with a beautiful Giant Sand Worm + Bestial Wrath combo. Kreygasm
Thoughtsteal his Kil'rek, buffed it twice with Divine Spirit and stolen 2 Icky Imp with Mind Control Tech and Cabal Shadow Priest. Easy one for me. Also Shadow Word: Horror does wonders.
