the concept is simple there are three teams with four players each player can take actions to get resources attack other teams or stop other players actions, the goal of the game is to provide a tactical experience with strategy and timing.
rules:
all players can perform one action or reaction every day, at the end of the day all actions that have not bean cancelled in any way will take effect. the last team standing wins.
actions:
smuggle (cost: 0) gain one resource
bribe (cost: 0) give a team one resource
attack (cost: 1) remove 2 resources from a team
kill (cost: 5) kill a player
reactions:
block (cost: 0)
snipe (cost: 0) cancel all actions after the last reaction

I thinks its a pretty interesting game but you need a simple graph or chart to clarify the idea. Like for me I don't understand quite a few rules.
