The first two lines of the riddle - about weapons and other powers, that is a contrast between powers of man and powers of nature right? Supposedly Druid shape shifting powers are of divine origin? But I don't get what are you supposed to give in exchange.
Forked Lightning! Is, as Wrathion said, a gift from the gods, is a one mana Cleave (you know, you cleave things with weapons, right?), and, as shamans pile up spell power easily, it can be more effective than Cleave.
Nope... none of these have counterpart.

Whirlwind, resembles deatbites effect, deals damage, and has a downside
Hmm... I did not expect that variety, I'm adding some lines more:
I am a gift of the gods

Naturalise? Damn I really thought I had it with the whirlwind.
Shield Slam? That's the only I can think of that hasn't been guessed yet that comes close to the riddle
Whirlwind was close (more than Shield Slam) but with the new lines give a hint:
Something that is a gift of the gods, has a drawback, and can act like something done by weapons, or better.
