There are a couple of issues regarding Innkeeper's interaction with the public/private setting in the Hearthpwn Collection Viewer (a.k.a. the "My Collection" link under user accounts):
There is no place to change the public/private setting in the Innkeeper app. Looking through the config files, it appears that the option that was selected during installation is not even stored anywhere.
The Innkeeper automatically sets all collections it syncs with to private.
When collections are manually set to public, they lose all golden cards, which can only be shown via verified sync with Innkeeper. This leads back to issue #2.
Any tools that use Hearthpwn's card collection API are rendered useless by Innkeeper due to issue #2.
I was excited to install Innkeeper when I changed from Mac to PC, but it appears my excitement was as of yet unwarranted. The app is not particularly useful to me in its current state.

I echo this concern in 2018.
