What will happen is people will stop playing it as much after the nerf. This is what always happens after nerfs. Peoples mentality is that nerfed things are not as good or inferior and stop playing them.
In World of Tanks for example all tanks that get nerfed usually disappear from the lineup, there are very few of them played.
All you have left is the memory of how good it was and how much it sucks now. Nerfs suck IMO.
A lot of people are creating these gimmicky control hunter decks with like rag, acolytes and stuff. I actually disagree to this kind of approach to hunter. My prediction is that the best hunter deck next season is going to be a really rushy aggro hunter, especially since handlocks will probably be the new masters of the ladders.
Here's Dog's super rush hunter he got top 100 legend on EU with last night:
Yeah i guess you are right, but the thing is, face hunter is SOOOOOO boring to actually play, and it's like zoo everybody hates you for playing it. But hey everyone can play whatever they want to IMO.

Hi guys.
I would just like to know what you think will happen to hunters when the nerfs hit, and a comment on the deck I created in responds to those nerfs.

looks kinda like a warrior given some hunter qualities i was thinking an undertaker route would be optimal
@ biggynoobs: Yeah i build it with warriors in mind, but i think the hunter adds great utility to the deck. Where would you fit in the undertaker?
I'm really curious how this deck plays out. I love the concept, and it looks very well thought out in terms of card choices.

Thanks Shevvek, and currently it has a solid 58% win rate in ranked, not as much as a lot of other decks but it will do :)
At what ranks?

i'm at rank 7 atm
You make a lot of unexpected choices in your build. Not necessarily wrong, just not main-stream.
One card I would encourage you to try is Explosive Shot. It works very well against the popular priest deck atm and gets value.
Phoenix Shaman deck + guide:
Yeah was actually thinking about trading one of the Unstable Ghouls for a single one of those. Will try it, and see how it works.
Probably, but it will be much harder for zoo hunter to actually get the cards they need.

Hunters are still retardely OP. It's a ticking clock, they really can get you down easily by turn 6 or below.
