If your "only" removal are 5 swipes, you don't have a reason to complain. :D This deck looks really awesome to me! There are a lot of solid minions there, nothing to complain. Well, Alarm-o-Bot is a thing, my last deck had it, too, and went 5-3. I used it as bluff to gain tempo.
I just made the experience that I tend to play out Swipes, Flamestrikes etc. for lesser value than I would do usually when I have more of them (or expect to draw more). This can be really dangerous and in I learned that in the end you're better to double Swipe face for lethal.
Oh lol I drafted an alarm o bot :) I drafted it early because my first picks involved the 2 ironbarks and the lord of arena with like 3 swipes at that stage so thought it might offer some silly value, I know its crap but I would not have picked it if I hadnt drafted so high early or the 2 other cards were any good. Im not complaining about the swipes at all, I can just imagine my opponents being like when is he going to stop swiping me!!!! best part is its 4 mana so can possibly play a creature and swipe like non stop. I just dont know if 5 is maybe like 2 to many? I dont have a whole bunch of other spells so thought it would be ok.
0-3 Inc with 4 fireballs and 2 flamestrikes. No synergy at all Kappa.
Damn if i would choose Ysera instead of Black Knight. That deck could do work. Why i didn't choose dunno. Maybe cause it's too late game card. Since the deck lack of early game. Thought one more mid-game card would be fine.
And yeah i choosed Cult Master at first drafts and deck got no minions at all lol.
Dat Lack of 2 Drops.... you cant expect to win something with this, this is like free snowballin for your opponent :P
Yeah. But surprisingly 5-1 atm. Maybe cause of mage power. And yeah Black Knight did the job sometimes. And who expect i can get boulderfist ogre with mirror entity lol. Anyway i dont expect too much 7 win is enough. I think people playing greedy. 2 matches in a row they dont drop their minions at turn 2-3 even.
6-3 finished. Last Rogue was so lucky. He had no card only weapon and killed me with weapon.
Sad that I was never offered a single Consecration.

Edit/Update: Sitting 0-2. Walking away for now. Can't get anything to work with this one.
The lack of consecration is a bummer, but at least you got hammers and truesilver.
My thoughts on picks:
Divine favor>Mana addict - At that point you only had one spell, so it was unlikely that you'd be able to get much value out of the mana addict, especially considering it'd be tough to combo a hammer of wrath and a mana addict. Played as a vanilla 1/3 I think it's pretty bad. At least divine favor can help iif you're falling behind.
Guardian of kings>Stormwind knight - To me stormwind knight is like a weaker kodo, it removes a weak minion and leaves a body behind. Occasionally it'll removed a damaged large minion, but then you probably don't get to keep a minion. Would've been my last choice in that pick. Guardian is a decent late game drop, and you get +6 health out of it, and if you're ever in need of +6 health it's probably turn 7 onward. At least the loot hoarder is card draw, would be my second pick there.
But I share your thoughts on the draft, the card choices overall were pretty meek.
I think you started chasing the beast synergies, but didn't follow through. Right from pick #3 (Rhino over Senjin) and #4 (Timber Wolf over Commando), you starting making sub-optimal picks trying to force the beast synergy. But when you were offered the Starving Buzzard at #15, you declined it for a Dire Wolf. You ended up with an UTH right afterwards, but you didn't have/get any of the really good combos.
It looks like you didn't have a plan when drafting. Pilleri suggests stopping every 5 choices to evaluate what you have and then make a plan to finish drafting a deck with a goal in mind. Re-evaluate your plan every 5 choices or so, then continue to draft with a need in mind (ie need more card draw, need more early game, need more late game, etc).
I have no experience with Shaman in Arena so far but I'll leave a comment anyways. Your deck has a severe lack of good 2 drops which is of course due to the lack of offer. #26 would have definitely been Bloodsail Corsair for me as you already had some decent 5+ drops at that moment and they will only be helpful if you have established board control earlier for which you need early game guys (or removal, that might work out in you're case if you're lucky). #18 I would have picked Hex over Darkscale Healer, it is an extremely powerful and cost efficient removal. I think this deck can do pretty well if you manage to stay alive and have the opponent's board clear on late game. I think you will have a really bad time against rush decks (which are not uncommon at Arena) except if you have some lucky draws and get the right totems.
Pick #3: Aldor Peacekeeper for sure. This card, along with Humility usually drives me into an immediate rage.
Pick #5: I'm not crazy about another Spellbreaker, especially since you had just drafted one. I would have grabbed the healing Yeti aka Darkscale Healer.
Pick #9: I definitely would NOT have picked a third Spellbreaker. You are clogging your 4-drops that you want to save for Consecration and Truesilver Champion with subpar cards. I would have grabbed the Humility. Please tell me you didn't pick any more of these. lol
Pick #21: Even though Argent Protector is great, you can't get a better big guy for the Paladin than Guardian of Kings and I would have definitely taken him.
Pick #27: Even though you don't have any weapons I think I would have grabbed the Spiteful Smith anyway.
This deck has some solid creatures, but lacks any kind of synergy. You got two Consecration for removal and some card draw with three Azure Drake and a Gnomish Inventor. I still think you could get 8+ wins with this, mostly from sheer overrun.

Pick #3,i would pick aldor, its the best 3drop in the game,Pyro + Equality might me strong, but requires you to have both cards, but still strong.
Pick #14,thats a hard one,i might have picked the ogre (you lacked a little bit on the late game at that point),but still a strong pick
Pick #26,i would have picked guardians, you have no good way to activate the berserker, while the berserker might only trade 1 for 1 with a dmged minion, the guardian trades 2 for 1 and heals you for 2 extra mana
Pick #27,you had no weapon, but spiteful has better stats (more health that the ancient brewmaster),also the brewmaster might result in tempoloss for you, still a solid pick
All in all a good draft 10 wins might be possible, maybe even more :)
Thank you for you thoughts! I actually chose Gurubashi Berserker due to his synergy with Pyromancer (yeah, bit too few spells) and Mad Bomber. It was not an automatic pick and I have thought about it a lot which is also true for Spiteful Smith but I had some Battlecries (if I had known the next offer...). I have not much experience with Paladin and was not sure how good Aldor Peacekeeper might be but you're right. The Spellbreakers were too much, but I feared I would not get enough 4 drops. At least I was really happy to have Equality together with Pyromancer and two Consecrates.... but I am terrible, I only got two wins and one loss was just such a stupid mistake by me (again!). Sigh. I wonder if there's anything else I can do to improve my playing skills other than by actual playing Arena. Practice with midrange deck in casual?

Not overly thrilled with this draft I just did: http://www.arenavalue.com/s/ICNbgR

My latest draft. Wisp for anyone's thoughts :)
Lack of 2 drops may break your neck,if you manage to survive early game/mid-game,you can almost auto-pilot through the game :P

Not devoted enough to spend money/lots of time , but still like being somewhat competitive
Peaked at rank 3 couple seasons ago, usually around ranks 10-5 at the end of seasons (unless it's been a busy month irl)

Pick #21: Even though Argent Protector is great, you can't get a better big guy for the Paladin than Guardian of Kings and I would have definitely taken him.
Pick #26: There's no way I would have grabbed the Gurubashi Berserker over the Guardian of Kings.
