Rank 3 plays: Winning as a hunter because you could resist not playing Savannah Highmane in Topdeck mode.
I think this was the first time I didn't play a topdecked Savannah Highmane. Opponent had Priest of the Feast on board, was at 1 health and I had an Eaglehorn bow equipped. Because I didn't play Savannah, he couldn't gain health through SW:D, Potion of Madness, Etc.
After hitting rank 10 for the first time last month I've been struggling to make it past rank 14 in standard this month(without playing aggro decks). I reluctantly gave in and crafted a couple cards to make a wild pirate warrior, which I've never played before. Not going to lie, that deck is incredibly fun and got back to rank 10, though in wild. Debating whether or not to go for rank 10 in standard or possibly go for rank 5 in wild(at the cost of my soul).
Normally, it would be bad for Tortollan Forager to give you Hemet, Jungle Hunter when your Token Druid has nothing but 3 cost or less minions. Except for when you're facing a taunt wall and your opponent has 7 health.
Play Hemet --> draw swipe --> survive one more turn --> draw last card (swipe)
played against a pesky qrogue on wild ..the dude played firefly with 2 bounces off shadow step but did not realize he did not play the quset first ..well played
So i was playing on ladder rank 4 with my own version of control dragon priest and my opponent was Aggro evolve shaman. His deck was so predictable that he just followed his curve and throwed out lots of cheap shit on the board. So i knew his plan from the very beginning and always had answers for his threats. After his first wave of evolution i Dragonfired it still having a second one in hand. After 10 minutes of game he made his final wave left without any resources. Too bad i made my second dragonfire. I guess he thought that i am an incredible lucker so he started to threaten me non stop with his emotes. After a smashing defeat from me he started to send me friend requests. One after another. So now i wonder. Maybe he wanted to be friends with me?
Shouts out to the "I've only been playing for a month but have a 14K dust deck" guy who just got spanked after emoting "Hello" forty fucking times. Friended me to say he could've won, told him I've only been playing since May, he turned into Mr. Me Too and unfriended me when I asked how he had so many cards. "I crafted them." Pffffffff.....
Finally! Only took like 3 months of 1 or 2 games a day for those last 50 wins. Just didn't really have any desire to play, but with all the rest of my heroes sitting between 150 and 250 wins hopefully deck diversity will rekindle my interest.
Just completed my very last 500th win with Jaina Proudmoore - I couldn't be happier - it happened versus a Quest rogue who* played, on turn 5, her Crystal Core into my Counterspell then conceded ..! Sooo satisfying : Smooth
Had a game against Quest Warrior I was playing Murloc Pally... Played a Vilefin Inquisitor turn 1 and he played Dirty Rat on turn 2... it pulled out Tirion Fordring... I played Rockpool Hunter turn 2 and traded Tirion into the dirty rat... Turn 3 he plays another Dirty Rat and it pulls out a Murloc Warleader... He insta conceded...

Just won due to topdeck, got a friend request, and reluctantly accepted...
... only to have a nice chat with the guy, and he offers me to play his "play a friend" quest.
Thanks again man! We'll play again for sure!

So glad to hear the news at hearthstone with the legendaries thing (basically because I did'nt expect Brode and company to do something that nice).
