I already reported this on Blizzard's forums but putting it here as well so everyone is aware.
If you have Nozdormu out and keep casting brewmasters over and over on each other, the animations will prevent your opponent from ever taking another turn. Just ran into a rogue who based his entire deck around this bug. Did a little research and came to find out this has been reported for the past month or so with no action or acknowledgement.
This seriously needs to be fixed as it's outright abuse of a bug.
But what's the point? Do they force you to concede or something? Because I would be pretty amazed if somebody can keep casting brewmasters over and over without hurting his/her fingertips.
Edit: If I meet someone doing that, I would certainly keep the game running and see how long he/she can keep that up.
They attack you with Nozdormu every turn and cast a bunch of brewmasters. You don't even get a rope. His turn ends then immediately another one starts for him (from your point of view).
This happens because Nozdormu's counter for your turn's time limit starts the moment his 15 seconds is up -- so if he can stack a bunch of animations on top of each other so that they run over his 15-second time limit, they eat into your time limit. I didn't realize Brewmasters could do it so easily, but Blizzard has known about this bug since beta and they claim to have fixed on at least one occasion. Obviously not.
I looked at this card originally and I thought, you know, it's a card, and you play this card. The card will be that card that you play so you're playing a card. So, it is one thing to play a card. If you're opponent doesn't really have any cards, the card will screw up the card pretty hard, and that means it's a pretty good card.
I don't get the point of Nozdormu at all, tho. I'm glad nobody plays it against me, because when you play on android phone with crappy EDGE mobile internet even trivial turns can take long. I don't understand why such card even exist. They remove hand-disrupting cards, but they keep player-time limiting card, which is disgusting concept in turn based game.
Serious, all the animations in Hearthstone might look good, but it should not influence the game Play. If you Play PW and want to make a big Combo with two Frothing Berserkers and some Whirlwind effects for example, you must start your Combo 15 seconds before your turns end.
Looks like you'd really want to be Rogue to do this though. You can gang up your brewmasters to be pretty sure you'll draw them and you can conceal your nozdormu to reduce the chance that it just gets removed the turn you play it. Sounds like a pretty fun troll deck really.
I've put together a basic combo deck build and a guide if anyone's interested: Drunken Dragon. I'm hoping that the more attention the combo gets, the more likely Blizzard is to fix it. So do your part and give it a +1. ;)
honestly I wouldn't even be mad the first time someone did this to me and would find it hilarious if seen once, but if people actually start abusing (as incredibly inconsistent as such a deck would inevitably be) then that would be very bad.
interesting this should come up though, as I actually did have a brawl game this week where I lost a turn because I got Nozdormu off of Tree of Life and my opponent's animations ate my turn, but I still managed to win the game, despite that and the spell-creature RNG going heavily in my opponent's favor all game.

You read my mind. This is exactly the reason I posted it. In some sick way, I actually hope to see this a lot more on ladder so it does get fixed.
Regarding the "too hard to pull off" comments. I ran into this yesterday at rank 4 and I imagine it's pretty damn consistent against the sea of control decks at that level.
Daym, I actually hope people WILL NOT bring that much attention to that combo so it won't be abused in ranked play but still be playable, or it will be the last time we will see Nozdormu ever. And brewmaster possibly. And a real "tImewalk" deck if we go that far.

Wow. That's.... clever.

Oh so you mean the Brewmasters animation will lock you out of your own turn? Well then that's bad.
It is not really OP or unbalanced or something, but that actually sounds broken.

Thank you for the explanation. I have heard of the bug but since I've never encountered it myself, I've never looked it up.

Finally Nozdormo found his spot :D

I have no idea what's taking blizzard so long. This bug has been around for ages.

It doesn't need to be terribly inconsistent. The combo is so compact that it can slot into an existing deck pretty easily.
You'll never get far trying to abuse that bug, it's just funny.
They should just remove Nozdormu lol that card has literally never worked right.
But they don't care because it sucks so much.

Sick combo!!! Just need emperor to discount once, 3 cards combo for guaranteed win.
Play the system, not the game. I said that right, right?
Don't even need Emperor if you haveConceal.
this is the only way Noz will be viable
