Hey guys. So I have been thinking, wouldn't a trading system being implemented into the game be cool? I think so, especially since we all know those people who have more than 2 of every card, don't need them, and don't need dust because they have all the cards in the game. Then there are the people who have crappy cards and the ones that are good they don't have any. I have a friend who in the past month from when he started, has gotten every single card in the game and is now working on the golden ones, if trading was implemented he could give away some of his extra legendaries, which would be cool. I don't know about you guys but I feel this might be able to work out

It will never happen because need people to buy decks to get the cards they need, if they implemented this they would lose a lot of money which would not make sense from a business perspective.
ah damn, it'd be so nice because a lot of people(including me) have around very little legendaries, and if we don't have time to grind they are very hard to get, I have been playing since the beginning of beta and have only ran into 2 legends, but disenchanted one to get to 1600 and craft a ysera
Well, feel lucky that you started playing super early, right now there aren't much cards /worth crafting/ so it's easier for us to craft them now than someone who will join after the game get expanded

Won't and shouldn't happen. Anytime you allow the player base to conduct transactions in games. Sooner or later it becomes corrupted. Be it people being cheated or people auctioning items for real world cash. The system just turns to crap. On top of that, there is no way Blizzard is gonna allow outside entities to make a profit of their intellectual property. That's just bad business. Grind it out or drop some coin. Those are the only options.
Won't happen. As has been said, Blizzard designed the dust system specifically to avoid in game trading. In game trading just provides incentive for hackers to target your account. Blizzard doesn't want to have to hire dozens of Customer Support to deal with account compromises. RMT places would be spamming you in game and out trying to sell you their stolen Rags and Yseras. Secondly, most players would abuse it. It's a free to play game. Many, if not everybody would just keep making additional accounts to open up the five or so easy to get free packs to trade the good cards to their main account.
Less traveled is our path Laid darkly to the left Footprint of Mendes emblazoning our armored breast Great bearded Capra who towers oe’er the land A tribute to your magnificence the feared sign of the horns shows on our hands
Blizzard's stated reason was more that trading was hostile to casuals, that they'd have to look places to find cards, deal with figuring out the right value of things to not get gipped, and it would overall be harder to control the pace of rewards (D3 anyone?). But ya'll can think what you like.
I really wish there was card trading. I know the prob is people making new accounts and trading between them. I think if you did like a dust for dust system it might work. Like 1 common for 1 common, 3 commons for 1 rare, 1 rare for 1 rare, 4 rares for 1 epic, 1 epic for 1 epic, 4 epics for 1 legnedary. A system like that might work and IP address tracking like they do in runescape.
I think Blizzard has already discussed this. Trading creates too many problems, but more importantly crafting in tiers gives players the chance to choose the cards they want without having to worry about supply and demand.
For instance: Azure Drake might be a much more useful rare than Alarm-o-Bot. If everyone wants Azure Drake, then no one will be willing to trade Alarm-o-Bot for it. New players are then forced to work harder to get cards that experienced players might already have/have a monopoly on. This furthers the gap between experienced players and new players trying to make their way into ranked play.

Blizzard said that they favoured the crafting system over the trading system and will probably never implement a trading system.

yea but i dont have any arcane dust right now and don't have enough time to grind enough to make great cards like rag and other great minions

Trading enables card selling for real life currency, which I think is one of the main reasons blizzard decided to not implement it.
I trade with minions not money or cards.

Why do you deserve great cards if you don't have time to get them and aren't willing to pay money?

Blizzard don't want you to get cards easily. It'll be out of control and they want to be in control. Which means, you pay for more cards.
Cairne Bloodhoof + Ancestral Spirit + Faceless Manipulator = 8x Chillwind Yeti

Trading in all games is dead. If any form of trading is allowed the game becomes only about who is willing to pay more to be on top.
Free to try and find a game, dealing cards for sorrow, cards for pain.

This is true. But you could keep a crafting mode as well.
as they said, this has been gone over and trade will not be in the game. Sorry
You may have noticed a number of threads this week about bot issues.
Now imagine how many bots there would be if you could create free accounts, bot on them, and trade the cards it earned to your main account.
Trading only works in Trading Card Games where you need to buy cards for money. Not ones where you can grind them by playing.
