Big losing spree. First game I'm probably gonna win. Game dissconnects for no reason (got the fastest internet you can get here in Germany) and i miss the game deciding turn.
Fuck the meta so far this month. I'm used to hanging out ranks 11-13 and can't get past fucking rank 16 so far this month. I'll win a couple on a nice streak and then it is LOSS after LOSS. I've already gone through six different decks, including most of the popular ones and NOTHING is consistently doing well! Also, fuck fucking aggro secret paladins and mech mages. I'd honestly try secret paladin if I had the cards and I tried mech mage but I didn't get the ungodly fucking hands everyone else seems to get with that deck. #saltyashell #rngesushasforsakenme

Just one advice. Don't switch decks that much. Just stick to 2 or 3 good decks. I know it's tempting to switch after some losses but you should just stick to these decks. If RNG hates you switching decks won't help.
What makes you think that? Honestly, I main Priest (hit golden a while back) and it's probably one of the least luck-dependant classes in the game. However, it takes time and patience to ladder with so I usually go with some of the more cancerous decks to grind in the early stages. I will confess I played tempo-mage in the mentioned game and yes it is somewhat luck dependant, though usually it's more of a 50/50 chance which is nothing compared to what the odds are for pulling a Mysterious Challenger. It also came after a series of incredibly unlucky games which just made this the last drop. You do know this is a thread to blow off steam right? ;) Like I said, today I'm laughing at it and think it's probably one of the cooler/sicker RNG's I've seen and I'm happy for the other guy.
Tempo Mage is a deck of pure luck though, I've played it enough to understand. Your Flamewakermust hit the right things, Ragnaros the Firelordmust hit the right thing, you have to have the right spell from Spellslinger, you have to not get Doomsayer from Piloted Shredder, you have to get a nice topdeck from Azure Drake it kinda works like that. Normally, against specific classes like warrior you either have Mana WyrmThe CoinMirror Images or bust. But in other terms, burst the opponent down
And that's the reason its evolved form is called casino mage.
In that no matter what the outcome of a gamble is, the casino always wins? :D

I don't know why I even try... Playing to finish my Druid quest in casual... 4 dragon priests in a row. I'm playing my own version of token Druid, which is average but it's my fukin deck. Come on cowards, take your wragon wriest to wanked. Mommy already woves you and you don't need to show how wowerful you are.

Great art can never be created without great suffering.
mysterious challenger is the most retarded card ever designed, fuck ben brode
it's that one card that requires zero fucking skill and a hundred percent luck, just topdeck it and play it at turn 6 and there you go, literally all the skill you need is to move your hand, click, and drop the mysterious fucker to the board. how skillful.
it's just as idiotic as facetard, and fuck everyone who crafted challenger just to fucking netdeck and play it all the time both in ranked and casual because they suffer from perma-brainfreeze they got when their mom drank too much coke in pregnancy which leads to their brain being unable to think properly for themselves.
why do people even share their decks to the world, if you're smart then just be selfish and keep it for yourself, let stupid people burn from their idiocy being unable to go full retard copying someone else's, a smarter human being's deck. (well for fame right.. sure I know it, just still want to rant)
fuck ben brode for his shit game balancing and designing.
wanna know why the meta is aggro heavy?
well, look at those slow/control (even those that don't see much play) cards:
shield slam, bgh, brawl, doomsayer, giants, gorehowl, gladiator's longbow, lightbomb, cabal, echo of medivh, twilight guardian, elemental destruction, bouncing blade, ice block, twisting nether, tree of life and so on - they're all epics.
now let's see fast/aggro cards:
wolfrider, argent horserider, leper gnome, argent squire, arcane golem, glaivezooka, shielded minibot, muster for battle, mana wyrm, druid of saber, living roots, tinker's oil, cold blood, flame imp, knife juggler, explosive trap, and the list go on - they're either basic, common, or rare.
since there are:
1. a lot of newbies and f2p who wants to win but are getting destroyed by stupid MMR that matches them with veterans even in casual, they don't have good cards yet, tired of losing, netdeck, and looking for the most affordable viable deck, which is aggro
2. f2p who actually wants to have fun and play slow/control decks, but doesn't have the cards, so they opt for cheap yet strong aggro decks instead
3. people who just want to win, looking for the cheapest way possible, and play aggro
so yeah ben brode or whoever designed this shit is so fucking stupid, sure let's have good, viable control and slow cards for 400 dust and aggro cards for 40 dust
slow card that's not really good? oh this is kraken 9/7 deal 4 damage, it's fine to make it common
twilight guardian gonna be a staple card for dragon control decks, let's make it epic.
shielded minibot is so good but whatever, make it common.
argent horserider is a good addition for aggro decks, let's make it common too.

"Winter is Coming",
- Me before dropping Malygos + 2x Frostbolt + 2x Ice Lance.
Was trying to play in casual mode with Malygos Rogue to test it out then suddenly I get queued up against a Face Hunter, but this was no ordinary Face Hunter. He was a face Hunter that was Golden which means you need RANKED wins to be one. But even this was no ordinary Golden Hunter... He was a Hunter with A LEGEND CARD BACK. WHY WOULD YOU EVER PLAY CASUAL MODE WITH A LEGEND CARD BACK WITH FACE HUNTER?! I mean, I face people who are legend, but this is ridiculous.

God I miss those times.

Decided to try a fun Warrior Pirate deck on Casual and fought 3 secret paladins, 2 face hunters and a few netdecks. Bunch of retards.
Rank 13 3 stars and I'm on a winningstreak.
The enemy Huntard concedes, the star screen shows up but nothing happens.
I reconnect : "You lost your last ranked game due to disconnect".
Nice game Blizzard.

Haven't you heard? Casual is the new ranked.

Is the ladder filled with tempo mages or it's just the weird matchmaking ?
So tired of seeing my opponents getting huge drops out of their portals.
why do secret pallys play casual? its not like you really need to practice with that deck lol
