This game requires ZERO skill. Its pure draw luck and matchup luck. Fact. Legend payers are just using broken decks and grind away. Fact. Sorry to break that to everyone.
Eh, I wouldn't 100% agree. Play a combo deck that isn't freeze mage and see if you play the game making no plans in regards to future plays you need to make in order to win.
For example, in Aviana K'Thun decks (one of my latest favorite decks to play) you need to sit on 7 cards before you can win, some match-ups will let you use 1-2 pieces and still win, but many long control match-ups require all 7. With that deck you don't have quit the same stall or removal as a mage, yet you still have to often go to fatigue (well for your deck) before you can pull off a win.
Don't even get started on match-ups where you have to decide if the control player might be running a Dirty Rat that could screw you over. Do I use one of combo pieces if I happened to get pressured too much, knowing that that increases my odds of having a vital part of the combo ratted? Do I keep some of my non combo piece minions in my hand to reduce the chance of a rat, at the expense at not developing a board presence? Can I afford not developing any board? Do I use any of my single target cheap removal inefficiently in order to make sure that I don't have hand size management issues when I draw into UI?
Ummmm... whatever. The bottom line is that you either draw what you need when you need it or you dont. Period. Fuck weird ass control decks or whatever you're talking about. Dont care. Just sick of this fucking game being a fucking casino 100% of the time. The LIES that its skill based is so fucking stupid that anyone buying that shit is crazy. I got beach-front property for you in Kansas too. Idiots.

Yet you keep posting on fan sites of a game you hate so much. Do you guys ever get tired of being cheerleaders for things you hate so much?
Also, for the fact that you don't even know what deck I'm talking about shows just how long you've been playing this game (i.e. not very long). When you quit, if you haven't already, nobody will miss you <3

Lyra don't you know that when you like a game, the rational thing to do is to bitch endlessly on the Internet about it? It's just common sense man
I really hope this game's community dies a quick death, so that Blizzard's last stable source of income disappears, and then they FINALLY might actually listen to their paying customers. It's all a matter of supply and demand guys, if we just decide to boycot this game, then Blizzard will have to listen sooner rather than later. The game in the current state is unplayable for me, and I'm going to uninstall the game and not play it for a another month or more, just like I did the past month. The only reason for me to come back to this game is because of the weekly Tavern Brawl, and even those have been uninspiring af lately (another rehash of the Shifter Zerus TB? Like seriously, couldn't you come up with a more original idea for the umpteenth week?!) DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!!
Why so much healing? Because fucking priest. Who would've thought, right?
But when they waste their smorc fuel to deal with my big minions, hitting fatigue because they've drawn their entire deck to find the combo...and ultimately the Velen combo fails to kill me, leaving me at ~5 health, I drop Kalimos to heal for 12 and see the autistic solitaire player concede... that's the most rewarding HS experience ever.
Quite frankly, screw the RnG luck-based mechanics of this game!
7 minions on the board and way more than lethal. Includes one stealthed Jade wossname (who will summon a 12/12 jade if he dies).
No minions on his side. Plays that "Deal 2 damage to a random enemy for 1 mana" card. 1 in 8 chance and he hits the stealthed minion. Follows up with Twisting Shitter.
Man, I'm sick of Demon Warlock Cancer decks by this point...
I say it again and I'll say it every time: you look like a fucking retard/scumbag/piece of shit saying "well played" before playing the card/s in your hand that gives you lethal.
LOL. I've just been messing around with Frost Lich JainaKazakusInkmaster Solia mage deck in rank 5, went up against a legendary card back razakus priest. He has made A LOT of really dumb plays, missed a lot of damage, but still won because turn 5 Raza. What a time to be alive
Don't get me started on the retarded cancer that is Frost Lich Jaina right now... Which dumb schmuck at Blizzard thought that giving EVERY elemental in the game lifesteal and an auto-win condition Hero Power whas a good idea? I have a red hot poker that wants a word....

Just some more empirical evidence that legend doesn't mean jack shit
I have two times a quest to get two wins with shaman. Well, seeing as I don't have the cards for token shaman I guess I'll play some wild. Hmmm.. I'll try something fun and make a malygos taldaram shaman.
1st match, controllock. Not a single wild card.
2nd match, jade druid. Not a single wild card.
3rd match, razakus priest. Not a single wild card.
I've won all three, but really? And don't start with that ''afraid to lose their rank'' crap, because every time I added once of these pricks they're hovering around rank 15. And all my friends that are at relatively high ranks (5-legend)) including me, atleast try to do something creative when they do their quests in wild.

Playing "Dev's Advocate" for just a moment: Being restricted to only standard cards is a downside, not an advantage. It technically should be easier to beat someone playing a standard deck in wild.

In that case it seems redundant to show off your previous legend ranks in your signature.

No, because a lot of people still associate the ''achievement'' with skill and knowledge of the game. Besides, I've talked about legend meaning virtually nothing plenty of times, and doing that without proof that you've reached legend makes someone confronting you about it inevitable. So to prevent that hassle it's better to put it in my signature
I win due to skill and lose due to bad RNG. :D
Evey other day I reinstall this game, play for an hour or two, then uninstall. When will the day come that I don't reinstall?

I like playing heavy elemental shaman. I have 2x Hot Spring Guardian, 2x Jinyu Waterspeaker, and Kalimos, Primal Lord (just to heal for 12). Threw in a 1x Spirit Echo and 2x Servant of Kalimos to increase chances of getting those effects.

I reached the point where I don't care anymore. Too bad rng, to bad card draw.
If this doesn't turn around soon, i'm out.
Everything that isn't about elephants is irrelephant.
fix the Nasty god damned kryptonite matchmaking system , not asking for free wins , just need fewer toxic encounters
