Vs a 30/30 ancient one, played zeph with 4 mana remaining. I get offered Defender of argus, sap, and SW:death. No transform of any kind. I get that there's no deathrattle on the thing, but jesus, aren't there 3 options for a reason? Resurrection IS a thing in both standard and wild, why is offering a transform such a last option?
But my Zephyer always offers me Hex if 4 mana left?! you need to be tough on them they see kindness as a stupid or weak sign and won't take you seriously!
i never give my Zephyer anything to eat since i got him and i let him sleep on nails and broken glasses.

Zephrys doesn't care if your opponent MIGHT resummon a minion. Learn how the card works maybe, he is never guaranteed to offer you anything except on empty boards as a tempo play.
Pretty sure the play was to throw your minion into theirs so you had no board so the chance of getting Argus was less. Drop Zephyrs to get an answer. Drop Zola and recast Zephyrs to get a second answer. There was no guarantee that he had a resurrection card in his hand if you were following his draws. This gives you two turns to dig for answers in your deck assuming you had a Hex. Instead of burning Loatheb and you removal in the same turn.
Hearthstone is the only game in the world where skill and strategy doesn't matter to win. Zephrys is a proof out of many. Ever heard of stupidity as a performance?

To be fair, Zeph only letd you wish for a card. Whether or not you get the one you wish for depends on how many $$ you've spent on the game recently. It's similar to how santa only gives out presents to the nice children.

As has been mentioned in other threads and discussions, Zephrys can and will only act upon what is visible on the board in terms of board state. He won't accommodate the vague possibility of a card being resurrected in the future, or what meme deck your opponent might be playing.
In the above situation, his suggestions were completely accurate and understandable. He gave you 3 viable ways of dealing with the minion. In fact, you got given one of the best target removals in the game in SW:Death. You may not have received Hex in this instance purely because there were plenty of other options and you only get 3.
There are lots of videos of streamers demonstrating and explaining how Zephrys is used, if you want to understand how best to make him present the option you need.
Well your first mistake was to sap it, personally I would have just shadow worded, you saw them play Scarab, so what are the chances of them running resurrects, having in hand or pulling The Ancient One from a res?
Sapping that just let him play it again the next turn which negated your Zephyrs turn, which is essentially the same as them resurrecting right?, so wouldn't it be better to just out right kill it and hope for the best...?
Also playing Loatheb there probably wasn't the best choice as Zola'ing your Zephyrs there would have been pretty nutty if he did have a res card in hand.
I wouldn't blame Zephyrs entirely on your loss here as you had options.

You can literally control what Zephrys offers you by sequencing your turn accordingly...

Zeph acknowledges and rewards the funky ancient one deck for pulling it off!

fuck you Zephrys, that card is ruining the game much more than yogg saron.
Such a lifesaver should not be possible in a supposed to be skill+luck game. it's non skill and it's not even luck since is an AI driven help.
all of fame this shit as soon as possible.
I was hungry on turn 2 once, Zeph didnt even offer me a bagel. WHY DIDNT HE KNOW!? I guess Ill take a mana ramp :(
You lost because you are bad, don't blame zephyrs the great.
I'm sorry for my bad english :D
If you think there is ANY skill involved in HS, I feel sorry for you.

There were better plays, but hindsight, right?

Wdym? Hearthstone clearly includes lots of skill, it just happens that its rng driven sometimes
You’re the one who doesn’t know how zephrys works OP.

Anyway, what do I know...
Show me a CGG where the AI rules in your favor. FIFA? Nope. FPS? Nope. Even other CGGs? ….?? But Hearthstone...Well hell yes.
Not about your skill or strategy. It's about what the AI wants you to be. A winner or a loser.
