Dr. Boom, Mad Genius: Remove the 7 armor HP, and adjust the 7 armor battlecry on the Hero to 5 armor. "You can't have your cake and eat it too." Stays Mech synergized and gives something up or changes tactics like most of the hero cards always did. (Zuljin you got lucky).
Prismatic Lens to 5 mana. Paladin already has a 4 mana draw and damage card that sees ZERO play. This and the obvious Murloc high roll. Blizzard takes a stance against bad interactions, and cheating that much mana is a bad interaction THAT early in the game.
Mountain Giant to HoF. This card is a bit overdue. If Paladin can't have Thekal and Molten then why can Mage cheat with Mountain + CC?
Oh and of course a random Class Classic that didn't need to be touched, but Blizzard changed because their players were using it and not spending money on new cards.

Northshire Cleric and Eternium Rover -----> 2 mana (like Mana wyrm)
Inner fire ----> Hall of Fame
Mountain Giant ----> Hall of Fame
Conjurer's Calling -----> Twinspell, 3 mana, but can be used only on opponent's minions (like execute)

I like your Pocket Galaxy change and the leak could confirm the mana cost change on the cleric as well. Your hall of fame predictions are also very good - I can see them all coming. The only card I think which won't be hit is Eternium Rover. Also it is confirmed that Conjurer's Calling wil be nerfed with an cost increase to 4 mana. Additionally I would bump Prismatic Lens to 6 mana, but I think your proposal will be made by the devs
Priest is already unstoppable and has nearly no bad match-ups. If they only nerf warrior and mage we're going to have one of the worst metas we've had in a long time. It's already pretty much the case in high legend where all I face is priest, priest, priest, and I really don't wanna play it myself cause I can't imagine how bad a mirror can be.

I believe i already saw a thread were Mike Donais mentions how strong Priest is atm. The guy who asked him mentioned Cleric and Arms. In the end Mike didnt said anything specific, but I doubt they leave those unchecked.
Would like to see a nerf to Dr. Boom, Mad Genius. But I would like to keep the flavor of the card overall.
What I would suggest is to make it a more 'all in' kinda card. You sacrifice your gain armor HP, to generate board and try to gain and keep control of it. I would therefore only remove the 'gain 7 armor' HP from the available HP's of Dr. Boom. Removing this HP makes it harder to keep control of your health, but you can compensate that trough your Mechs with rush. And this change would make it feel more like once you've completed the Fire Plume's Heart quest, and go 'all in' swapping your original hero power.
Luna’s to 6, Giant to HoF,Hall of fame all murlocs would be nice too. I would hate to see a prismatic lens nerf to be honest, as this card is only oppressive with tip the scales. Prismatic lens itself is balanced as it doesn’t do anything overpowered outside of murloc paladin.

Grave Horror: increase cost to 13 mana. Now this may seem weird but this prevents conjurer's calling on Mountain Giant to generate taunts. Either this or just HoF Mountain Giant.
New Hero power on Priest quest... change to "If you target a minion give it +3/+3 instead." ..... because hitting a minion for +3/+6 if it was damaged is a little on the OPAF side ...
Lunas probably going up 1 mana cost or the text will read "Reduce the cost of all minions in your deck by "x cost" ; (2 or 3)
Dr Boom no longer give all mechs rush ... he's literally the only hero card with a continuous passive, and lower cost than the others, what in the world were they thinking... (I get Hagatha has a "continuous passive" but that also replaces her entire hero power, he gets a rotating hero power in addition to the constant passive)
Maybe a few changes on his rotating HPs ... +7 armor changed to +5 ... 'discover' a mech to random mech ..
Divine spirit/Inner fire increased costs or HOF
Honestly, hoping they do something to Underbelly Angler a card over looked when people talk about "infinite value" cards.... he's a Token generator, that generates cards that proc his token generating mechanic ??? some times 3hp is too far out of reach when he's constantly adding minions to the board that will just out trade your minions, so you're forced to take face damage until you can draw some sort of board clear to deal with him, which by the way, he's a 2 drop that doesn't even die to 4 cost cards like consecration, and with one of the tokens he generates, if he gets the +hp murloc, you now have a 2 drop that can eat a 7-mana flame strike and continue his day

Putting my money on the fact that nothing in any sort of aggro play style gets nerfed, only combos and control... Blizzard loves aggro, with each expansion the lower cost minions are getting stronger and big drops weaker, starting to get a little ridiculous,

If you think the game is becoming more and more aggro oriented, you're probably not playing the game since long. I can tell you the game has known WAY MORE aggro that it does know.

Hoping for Dr. Boom and Pocket Galaxy, but Blizz rarely nerfs legendary cards, so I'm not gonna get my hopes up.
If they do an emergency HOF rotation, I expect Mountain Giant and Divine Spirit to get the boot.

some card from hunter nerfed. hunter has a shitton of strong decks rn, problem is what card to nerf though since they're all good. maybe zul'jin?
inner fire or divine spirit nerfed somehow.

I would think the simplest nerf for this card would take out the "your choice" and just have 2 of those abilities randomly applied.
I think most folks really like this card, but I believe it is a little too OP
