So I’m a f2p and can only really invest in one decent deck at a time so this expansion I’ve kind of waited to see what kind of decks look fun to play. I don’t really care about rank as much as just having fun with a decent deck so I didn’t really want to play control warrior or pocket galaxy, etc. Anyway this I’ve decided to try to make a quest Druid deck just because I think it will be fun to play and might actually win some games.I have gotten pretty lucky in the past and have gotten some dust of unpacking some legendaries. I have the quest (obviously) but only have enough dust to craft one more legendary. I know Cenarius, Loti, Floop, and sometimes Elise are cards that are often in the “better” deck and I was just wondering which one is kind of the most valuable. I’ve played a few games with just the quest and filled in the remaining spots with some other random cards and it has been pretty good besides losing a couple games to some Aggro decks. Any thoughts on which legendary would be the best to craft in a regular quest Druid deck?
TLDR: Can only craft one legendary for a quest Druid deck. Which one best one?
I’m not insane at Hearthstone by any means and just play it from time to time for fun. Also first post and I know it’s kind of all over the place. Ty for any help.
Thematically Cenarius Fits well with the quest, depending on your list Floop may be a better option. Given that you're F2P your list is probably very board centric in which case I'd go with Cenarius.
That is pretty much the list I have now. Some changes here and there. I did kind of rule out dragon boi Loti because I think both cern and Floop are better. So it’s really just between Floop and cern. I am leaning towards cern but idk (reason for the post). Also any tips against aggro? I don’t have questing adventures in my list just because they become kind of useless so fast but maybe I should. I have that 2 mana 1-4 that draws with any unspent mana instead.

Questing adventurers are pretty useless so you're better off without them, crystal merchant is infinitely better. Against aggro sometimes you want to consider putting off completing the quest for the sake of keeping the board under control. You could even add crystal power to deal with small minions cheaply.
I would go one questing one crystal merchant since merchant is an epic. I think floop is better than cen, considering it's much more flexible. Its 4 mana 2 5/6 with rush after surger is played.
What's your exact list atm ? Honestly it might be better to craft 4 epics than one legendary if you don't have them. 2x crystal merchant + 2x anubisath defender would improve your deck more than a single card.
I’ll post my list when I’m home later. It’s been doing quite well on ladder, including never losing to Control Warrior and it also went 12-2 in Brawliseum. It’s on the more expensive side since it includes Floop, Nomi and Elise to crush Control decks. Those cards could be subbed out for anti aggro cards to gain percentage points against Murloc decks or whatever else your seeing a lot of.
I wouldn't go for a legendary rather than some epics. Chrystal merchants have the highest Mulligan Winrate of Quest Druid and are way better than Questing Explorer in this deck, because you have the quest finished turn 4 or 5 normally with Druid and Questing does simplay nothing after that. Also, the Anubisath defenders are good cards that can give you the big tempo swing you need, once your quest is finished. I would go with them for the time being.

I have a lot of success with this list. Cern might be better than floop tho.

Pounce is the best anti aggro, it's like a backstab, it let's you keep building the quest too.

No doubt crystal merchant is better i just don't have the spare dust. Also the 3/5 taunt guy is also a worthy consideration.
On another note floop is rotating after one expanaion and cern is classic set
