I'm trying to play Hearthstone, but it will occasionally freeze, usually followed by the game crashing shortly after. I've lost several ranked games because of it and I have no idea how to fix it.
Change folder settings to show hidden files in control painel, turn off Blizzard aplications and after that see your user folder in C: and open a hidden folder named "Program Data", search in Blizzard for a folder named "Cache" and delete your content, after that open a command prompt with admin and type this:
ipconfig /flushdns
After that restart your computer and probably the crashs will stop.

I had a Hard Drive and my games/software kept on crashing so i swapped to a SSD and now everything works perfectly.
