Whenever a new expansion comes out I'm always hyped to play around with some fun homebrew decks before the meta settles and everybody starts playing the new tier 1.
This time is different though, I thought the new expansion looked pretty interesting but I've played maybe twenty games and to be honest I'm just bored. We've seen quests and highlander before, and the Reborn mechanic is a bit of a snooze. The new archetypes just don't feel new or interesting, so I've uninstalled.
Has anybody else found they haven't enjoyed the new expansion as much?
(I played some highlander and then quest rogue, quest druid)
I'm enjoying my Highlander Mage Deck and I've had fun playing around with the different archetypes. Quest Shaman seems particularly strong but I don't think anything is outright broken or too frustrating with a lot of viable decks out there right now.
I agree with what others are saying. You're burned out on Hearthstone. I've been playing since Beta and this happens to me periodically. Take a couple of weeks off and do other stuff, play other games. I often find a break reignites my interest.

Here we go again with these mindless posts not even 24 hours after the expansion dropped. If you're bored this quickly, I would suggest a new hobby, like bungee-jumping or Go Karts.

Yeah, it's pretty outrageous. I did a write up for it and made sure to put a disclaimer that nobody should be crafting this deck if they are on a budget this early in the meta. If you have the cards or dust though it's a hell of a lot of fun *and so far* seems to be very strong.
Dunno dude, personally, I was really hyped for the expansion and so far I like it a lot. Quest shaman is kinda broken if you can play it right. I can see how some cards could be a problem potentially.
Sounds like you're burning out. If you would like other card games to play, there are a lot of good ones for PC. There are several versions of MTG, there's the Skyrim CCG, Pokemon, and Yu-Gi-Oh, not to mention a lot of PVE card / strategy games on Steam.
I burned out during RoS and haven't played HS for a month or so. It's strange not to be a part of the new expansion but I figured I needed to play other things, and I don't regret it.
Nothing to do with burning out, the expansion is just not well done the decks you can make are not interesting. Very straight forward, play on tempo, no learning curve, not satisfying (the whole idea with reno decks is boring because you have to play a lot of trash and make up for it with 3 - 4 broken cards). Ben Brode leaving team 5 definitely hurt the game as some of the most talanted guys who worked on the game joined him.
The games are decided more than ever on card draw which reinforce the rock paper scissors too much. I really think this expansion is the worst the game has ever seen and the hype level confirms it
I'm having a lot of fun. If you're bored in one day you probably have ADD (no offense) or you need some time away. Good luck w/ whatever game you choose to play.
You uninstalled and are done with Hearthstone so why did you come here to share this with us?? No one cares. I am sure there is a support group out there for you where they care about your feelings.

This is a you problem. You're bored with HS generally. Find another game to play for a while.
It's okay to take a break from games when they get stale you can always come back later if you wanna.
Those who are given more in life, must not cling to it, but risk it all at every moment!
IDK, I haven't faced many T1 decks like Bomb Warrior or Conjurer mage yet, most of the decks I face are random Quest decks.

What is that like 20k dust?

Yet another avatarless shitposting bot. Such an obvious bait.

For me, the new expansion has brought so many cool cards for wild. I enjoy it even more. I dont care about rankings. I am here to have fun :D
My current mage deck (wild,reno,otk,highlander)
My current hunter deck (wild,reno,highlander)

I felt that way with Rise of Shadows, but I'm really enjoying Uldum so far. Just take a few months break and see if you want to come back.
don’t remember when I enjoy more than now playing hs. Reno Mage is so goood :)
