Looks like blizzard is stepping the game up with the power level of the cards in this expansion, finally a pleasant surprise. Maybe they realize that they are losing a lot of players and streamers to other games and they needed to do something about it to get back to the top
i'm with the opinion "when game is bad, introduce more broken cards, rather than nerf". I'm personally happy to see some of the broken stuff. More broken cards, the better. The problem only happens when there are only a few unchecked broken cards (spoiler: like the meta these 3 months)
Can you guys not go batshit crazy and plain rude for once when someone expresses their opinion in a proper manner? How about having an actual discussion for the sake of variety?
I hear what you mean, OP. There seems to be a lot of strong cards from many different kind, I find some cards scary already (Wild Bloodstinger or even Colossus of the Moon for example), and even if many cards look stronger than they are in the game, I wouldn't be surprised if SoU turned out to be the most prevalent expansion of the year.

you won't find that in this community. I try to stay away forum posts mostly. (you should too wink, wink)

Can you elaborate upon any particular cards or specifics about what we have seen so far that make you feel that the expansion is broken?
Perhaps there is a discussion there to be had, but it helps to have a place to start. :-)
so after the rest of the reveals today i can honestly this expansion has the most cards that can be played in standard/wild that i have seen in a while....most expansions right off the bat usually have about 20 cards that actually get played..this one will be way more
Imagine getting this butthurt over a completely harmless message board thread for a children’s card game lmao
Who's the butthurt?
This is not a children's card game. I have yet to run into any children while playing. Because children have no money. There is no way a child is going to pay 80 bucks to stay competitive. keke.
This meta is going to be ridiculously aggro. I can already see a decks getting real little...real quit! But that's ok...we now have some super defensive options at the 2 mana slot via Taunt. We're getting a lot of defensive options in this upcoming expansion. It's going to be pretty dope! And yes....ridiculously broken... I can already feel the 4 or 5 turn beat down already.

65 RoS cards see play. Early in the expansion there were 80+! Others are not even that bad and are useful in arena + for evolve and token effects.

I am power, incarnate!
We haven't even played with any of the cards, so maybe it's a bit early to say if it's the broken expansion ever.
The powerlvl looks decent but in thruth its not even sure anything they showed so far will outmatch Boom/Hagatha/Zuljin,Giantmage.
The powerlvl has to be high for the set to be even relevant at this point.
IMO this is a very bad exp and I don't will pre-order this time because I only want 2 or 3 legendaries at max.
I'm sorry for my bad english :D
lol Hasn't even released. No meta is set. No idea what the decks will be and this yahoo is saying it's broken. Oy vey!!
You mean BORING, right?
This is such a bs thread. How can you even assess that before launch? Stop posting this shit.
